Lovely clinic, peaceful and the Doctor was very informative, attentive and didn’t feel any sort of discomfort during treatment. Totally recommended.

It was great experience I would say I really like the stuff and Doctor F. She really put effort into this procedure and explained it very well which made this experience even better. I would recommend this place.

They changed the price of my appointment from £59 to £99 for one area of treatment and gave me no notification. I booked my appointment when the price was £59 and I was told they changed the price over night without notifying those who had appointments.

She shouldn't be called a doctor as she has no experience at all.

She gave me the wrong botox so my eyelids were completely ruined, be careful.

They change doctors often, that's not normal!

If you want to contact to make a complaint you have to contact Germany it's the same email, poor customer service.

Dr. Farhaz did an amazing job at explaining everything and made me very comfortable. I had a bit of lip filler left from my previous procedure, and she did a great job of topping it up to a perfect amount so my lips look so natural and beautiful!

When I will be in London again- I would come again- very nice, I was well informed, everything works out fine! thank you

So rude and unprofessional

I received a warm welcome on arrival, the reception area is clean with calming music and water/sweets available for clients.
The receptionist, Ela, and Dr Farnaz were both extremely professional and courteous. I have been to this clinic a number of times and definitely recommend!

Amazing service at Shepherd’s Bush branch, was very nervous for my treatment and Dr Farnaz was amazing and got a free complimentary treatment which I was not aware of.

I’ve had treatments at this clinic both in Hungary and in London, and I can honestly say both experiences were amazing.

At the London clinic, Ele at reception is incredibly friendly and professional. She makes you feel instantly welcomed and at ease from the moment you walk in. Dr. Farnaz is absolutely wonderful — very kind, patient, and understanding, especially if you’re feeling nervous. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

Highly recommended if you're looking for expert care with a personal and honest touch.
