Very professional- very good prices - highly recommend

I have been coming here for my treatments for 3 years and my results are fantastic. I was developing quite a lot of wrinkles (crows feet) by my eyes and on my forehead, so I decided to try Botox for the first time and I am absolutely blown away by how smooth these areas are now. The doctors are extremely careful with their advice, and listen to any concerns and reassure accordingly. All the procedures I’ve had went perfectly, and I always feel in very skilful hands. The whole environment of the clinic is extremely professional as well as warm and welcoming. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly.

They often advertise promotional code but despite being a client for 5 years at M1 Beauty Finsbury in London, they have refused to apply the promotional code for me and they charged me full price. When I asked for a refund, their very poor customer service refused to apply this and refused to believe my words. M1 Beauty has proved to have an awful customer service, they are not true to their words and they do not always apply the promotions they advertise. I would not recommend it because if you have any issue, their customer service and their management is awful!

I can highly recommend M1 Beauty to anyone seeking Botox treatment. The process was quick but not due to a lack of medical attention. The Dr was very thorough and took her time to answer all my questions. Maryse at the reception desk was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful and also advised that they are running a promotion. 5 Stars for sure!!

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience

I had a polynucleotide treatment under my eyes at M1 Med Beauty, and it has been a complete disaster. While I was told to expect some bruising, I was never properly informed of the severity of the potential side effects, the length of recovery time, or the intensity of the pain** I would experience during the procedure.

To make matters worse, the treatment was done with a needle, not the standard cannula, which I now know is the safer method for this procedure. This was never explained to me before or during the treatment. As a result, I’ve ended up with two black eyes that are still not healed over four weeks later. I’ve been unable to return to work, and the damage has left me feeling physically and emotionally distressed.

I’ve reached out to M1 Med Beauty multiple times for clarification, support, or compensation, but they have completely ignored my requests. The lack of communication is appalling and adds insult to injury.

I strongly regret choosing this clinic and would advise anyone considering treatments here to think twice. The lack of care, transparency, and responsibility in my case is unacceptable.

My last communication with this company I was swore at and told not to contact them again. They are disgraceful.
