From the first phone call with Ben, everything was laid out clearly, in detail, and we knew exactly what was happening with each step. We were in a position where we needed to sell our home quickly in a nontraditional way, and we are very happy that we crossed paths with him! I would highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking to make that kind of sale!
