Heat Pump installation
Mark was the designated installer for our air source heat pump system, booked through a larger national 3rd party supplier. Mark was professional throughout, tidy with his work and extremely knowledgable. He communicated a lot with us through the process and talked us through how to get the most out of our heat pump and system even once commissioned. This is invaluable as it is much different to having a gas boiler and is allowing us to get maximum efficiencies whilst maintaining a warm house.
I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking at an upgrade to a heat pump. Do yourself a favour and go to him direct for the best price and cut out the large company middle man. Thanks again.

FLUE INSTALLATION
Mark came to our apartment to install a new gas flue.
He is professional, efficient and polite.
He took care to protect our floors and furniture during the installation and worked late to ensure the job was completed on the same day. He cleaned all areas and left everything perfect.
Would definitely recommend Mark without hesitation.

Heat pump heating installation
Mark was very professional and helpful when installing a heat pump system in my mums house. He regularly communicated with us and the fitting of pipes and radiators were fitted systematically for the design of the house.

Mark was professional all the way…
Mark was professional all the way through from start to finish. My quotation was clear and precise, they respected my property (although it was a building site) with dust sheets and kept me up to date with progress although I did ask a lot! Very happy with the work, couldn’t of asked for anymore that that, very pleased :)
