I just wanted to give a big thank you to the team at Macfarlane Packaging for getting an important shipment out to us next day, with only half an hour of the working day left.
We are a charity that needed to deliver laptops to a local community event, to enable people on a low income get access to the internet.
After speaking to Kayleigh, she somehow managed to get it to the very next day, despite it being 4:30pm!
Absolutely outstanding service, a business is only as good as it's people, and Kayleigh is one of the best out there, thank you!

Reliable, but communication could be improved.
We've been ordering from MacFarlane Packaging for a few years now. The only thing that needs improving from our perspective is that when items are out of stock and there's going to be a delay in dispatch - let the customer know.
Apart from that - all good!

Damaged in transit
Boxes were as described, reasonable value for money, but not very securely packed, with several damaged in shipping - only discovered a couple of weeks after delivery.

Placed an order on 1st May
Placed an order on 1st May, selected express delivery. It's now the 10th & still hasn't arrived. Customer service advised the problem is with the courier.
