The lovely lady on the phone was super helpful, got delivered very quickly.

Very poor customer service, would not recommend the products either. I was recommended this brand by my surgeon before having breast reduction surgery. I ordered 3 in total, including 2 different sizes. I reached out to this company twice to check sizing as both bras were rolling up pre surgery so I wanted advice on sizing. I received no response either time. My surgery date was approaching so I kept both sizes. Since the surgery I have been in so much discomfort I have had to stop wearing the bras and change to another brand. If you carry any kind of weight around your stomach area (I am size UK 14-16 and 5’9 for reference), I wouldn’t recommend the signature bras, they constantly roll up and have been sitting on my incisions causing pain. I have again reached out to the company but don’t expect a response, I would expect better for the price point of these bras and the recommendations they have from surgeons.

If I could give a zero, I would. Do not buy anything from this company. You cannot return anything. It will cost over $100 to return one small item from the US and they will not provide a postage paid label.

I was recommended by the hospital to purchase this brand, for post surgery recovery. I bought two and they fitted well, and were very comfortable. However the fastenings keep coming open, on one of them especially.
I contacted Customer Service about this, expecting perhaps that they might offer to replace or refund, and was astonished to be told to bash the fasteners against a wall!
Terrible Customer Service, it’s not a cheap product, and it’s disappointing that these products are recommended by medical professionals. I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before purchasing.

Macom explant bra was useless. The fasteners did not stay closed. Very difficult to put on. Sizing recommended on Macom website were completely off. I never wore it more than 1 minute. Thank goodness I had purchased other options.

Awful customer service. They prefer to freeze out and do not offer any solution as long as customers has already paid. For the parcel of 2 bras around 130 euro I have to pay 76 euro tax, which ridiculous amount. When I asked about return, which is customer right, they answered the most stupid thing that I ever heard from a customer service: if I refuse to take it, the item will be destroyed and there will not be refund!!! Really??? So the customer is forced to accept whatever has arrived no matter what??? After I offered to pay myself for a return shipping they completely disappeared.

Ordered a few bras and the sleeping bra is terrible. When I contacted the company they said it's only suitable for smaller chests. Nowhere on the website does it say that infact Macom really make out like all bras a suitable for everyone with expandable cups. I ordered 2 wore one a week and kept finding the same issue of the under boob part riding up and offering no support. Literally looks nothing like the photo also.

1 of them will be returned at my own cost despite the item being not as described.

Would not recommend that bra to anyone with breasts.

Omgg I wish I had followed my gut and ordered from you sooner..I ordered a binder from another reputable website which was awful it was pinching my skin and making me very itchy with no support whatsoever, I then went on to order compression shorts from the same website and again dreadful, left me with chaffing, bruised and wasn’t fit for my torso as I have a short one and the crutch area not ideal for the time of the month.

I then found Macom and ordered the petite compression garment for tummy tuck and ommggg, the difference in quality is amazing its not itchy it compresses me very well, and the support is beyond me I can walk even straighter, after 3 weeks I know feel like I am feeling improvement and seeing improvement. The best company yet!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend 10000x and over.

Professional company. Great website, fast delivery. High product quality. Don’t skimp on your post surgery compression wear as it’s an important step to your recovery and end result :). Certainly helped me.

I had my breast augmentation 3 weeks ago and these were the bra’s I was recommended by my surgeon.

I ordered 2.

After my surgery I was struggling with confirm and the bra’s were rolling up at the bottom.

I emailed Nadja who was so helpful and we talked a lot about my size before to my size now and it transpired that I had ordered the wrong size.

Nadja couldn’t have been anymore helpful, she went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful that she took the time out to help me.

The new bra I received is perfect, she was right in the fact my original bra’s were to small.

They are so comfortable and give me full support.

100% recommend

Just received the i bra and it's a huge difference to what I've been wearing! I had this awful post called NUHA where the elastic revved on my incisions I could barely breathe. This looks so much nicer, feels smoother, and is breathable!

My only regret is not finding out about the Macom Signature bra sooner. I was wearing a mastectomy bra since my reconstruction a couple of weeks ago and even though I was sleeping elevated on my back, I have been having pain. It felt like the implants were pulling out to the sides. I just received my Macom bra yesterday and wore it last night and my implants were not pulling to the sides at all. They are staying centered and not being smushed at all. I can’t believe how comfortable this bra is along with the support it provides! Thank you Macom!

I am 7 weeks post surgery and have replaced my compression garments with Macom's Crystal Smooth loungewear.

I love it and wear it almost 24/7. It really makes my wound area much more comfortable, I don't want to take it off to wash it 😂.

The staff are extremely approachable, so nice and supportive too.

Love the macom bra! I had a breast reduction with uplift and got the Ultimate bra as advised by their team and i cannot recommend enough. The support is amazing and it's so comfortable and ended up ordering more. The staff is amazing too. If you have any questions, talk to them!

It was see through, pretty horrible after an uplift and augmentation!! I couldn't do the bra up myself the hooks just kept undoing!!! I was advised by Transform to use these.. by week one a nurse said it had gone too baggy!!! Not a good thing if you need compression!!! It was the right size just stretched! I hot footed to M&S and bought thier post surgery high impact sports bras which may I add beat the Macom hands down!! I am so upset that after a very expensive procedure I used such a poor quality item, not to mention paid almost double per bra to what I'm now wearing!!! Macom you really need to rethink this design!!

Nothing like the one in the photo. Hook fastenings constantly coming undone. Cheap bra for top money. Very disappointing.

I ordered two bras based on Macom sizing chart, my normal sizing and I measured too to be sure. Both bras were too tight. Had to return them and re-order this time pay express delivery as I was running out of time. The second delivery are fine for size but I have had to pay 3 lots of postage. One standard, one express and one insured to return and this has cost me £30 due to incorrect sizing guidelines not a fault of my own. So overall I am disappointed with misleading sizing charts and cost to me when a replacement is required.

Not good, ordered a bra on express delivery Friday for Wednesday afternoon, it said it would arrive on Tuesday latest.. Thursday today still no bra and it has been to 3 depots yet they didn’t have the courtesy to send out another on express delivery, knowing the importance of the garments they sell? This proves they do not care and are only in it for the money. Avoid.

I cannot believe the kindness of the staff of this company. I thought I had checked that I paid for express delivery but when I saw the dispatch note it was on standard--I was ordering for a cancer operation in a few days and was rather panicked. it must be my mistake that it reverted to standard because I wasn't charged for express. The staff member I spoke to went out of her way to sort out a way for me to get it in time at no extra charge and at some expense for the company. Their post surgery bras look to be perfectly made and are a really reasonable price--will update when i have had surgery and used one. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced.
