The parts supplied were well packaged and arrived in the advised timescale. Their website also offers support in fitting replacement parts which I would particularly useful.

Good customer service
Easy ordering process, prompt delivery, one of the products didn't work so customer service quickly offered advice followed by a partial refund.

Highly recommend
Quick delivery.
Was sent two of the same keys, in error. After sending an email, I had an immediate reply and the correct key was sent super quick.
Also, I believe this is the same company which publish videos on how to fix the keys, which were so simple to follow and literally saved me having to pay a ridiculous amount to get a full new keyboard!
Highly recommend!

Sticking Space Bar Fixed

Mr order was a day late and I complained which they responded quite fast and tried to solve the issue quickly by offering to pay me back delivery and sending a new order for me but imy initial order arrived later during the day.
