Mac Replacement Keys Reviews 

Shortly after ordering a replacement key for my Mac, I realized my laptop just needed a major repair and no longer needed the key. I emailed the business briefly explaining what happened and asking for a refund. They were incredibly polite, and the money was back in my account within hours. I really appreciated the service.

I was in for a surprise when I discovered that my down arrow key was broken while using my laptop. Finding a replacement for my midnight blue Mac seemed like a task, but I stumbled upon a website based in the UK and decided to take a chance. I placed my order on May 16th, and to my amazement, the key arrived on the 24th! The installation was a breeze, and I couldn't even tell the difference between the new key and the rest of the keys. It was a perfect match!

Incredible service!

Was so stressed out after 2 pieces of plastic snapped off of my delete key and would not clip on whatsoever, during my university finals week too! I ordered another delete key on Tuesday night and it arrived Thursday morning, super quick delivery! It fit perfectly, at first it was a little stiff but after a few uses it feels just like the original. Thank you so much!

I actually got my keyboard key. AND IT FITS.

My number 2 key randomly popped off, and well, After (constantly needing to carefully type the number 2 key,) was a pain for almost 2 weeks.

I honestly thought it was going to be a scam, nope, arrived in perfect condition. And, it fit. My three expectations met. I never believed it would of arrived in just 10 days.

Immediate five stars. It's going to make me chew on water and sip ice.

Bought a replacement key and hinge after breaking one of the original ones on my M1 Macbook Air (I had tried to remove it as there was some grit underneath it).

Very easy to install - check out the mac replacement keys Youtube for how to install them. Great value (I paid just under £9 for a key and hinge).

I can't tell the difference between the replacement key and the original. Very happy.

I’m super impressed with this company and their customer service. They were quick, efficient, kind, and completely understanding.

A day or two after I placed my order, I received two tracking emails from Royal Mail informing me MRK had scheduled the package to be dispatched to their service and giving me instructions and a link to track the delivery, (including info on how to track it once it arrived in the States). I was impressed by how quickly they handled the order.

Then, I heard nothing for almost two weeks. I was patient since it was international shipping, but eventually emailed MRK to figure out why the system was still showing the same scheduled (but incomplete) dispatch.

MRK emailed me back within the hour with:
- confirmation that it was given to the courier on March 19th
- confirmation that he was seeing the same thing as me and assumed it had been lost in the system
- an unprompted promise to immediately send me another key.

I wasn’t treated with suspicion; I didn’t have to ask for a new key, and they didn’t even bother to ask if I would like another shipped. They just informed me they would send me one immediately. I was so surprised by the ease of the interaction that I actually became *more* suspicious of the company. However, I received a tracking alert from Royal Mail within 15 hours of my initial email, and I received the replacement key 7 days later. MRK also profusely apologized for the delay in their first and each subsequent email.

While it would have been nice to receive the key sooner, I’m honestly kind of glad I didn’t; this was a uniquely awesome customer service experience and my week was a bit better for having had it.

the product I bought, when taken to the apple store to carry out a repair, I was told was faulty and broken, despite not even being taken out of the packaging. I am very disappointed in the product however, The customer service from Tom has been excellent in trying to sort things out and giving me a full refund. Im sure it was a one off errror

It was easy to fit the keys and they look and perform exactly like the original keys.

Having bought a new mac from Apple in the UK I moved abroad, (sub-saharan Africa) and 2 months later a key fell out. Needless to say Apple were useless but thanks to Mac Replacement Keys I was able to buy the key and tool and install myself using the videos. When contacted the team were very helpful and cannot recommend them and their overall product enough.
