Jonathan did an amazing job fitting and fixing our motorhome. He was extremely accommodating, took the time to explain everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get the job done. His expertise and helpfulness were second to none! We’ll definitely be using him for all our future motorhome needs. Highly recommended!

From first messages, a friendly and respectful conversation giving a detailed explanation, to all of our questions and queries, regarding our solar and battery upgrades.
We were given a slot in his busy schedule and stuck to it.
When we arrived for our appointment Jonathan showed us some of his work on another motorhome he had just completed upgrading we were impressed by quality of his workmanship. While working on our vehicle Jonathan kept me updated with progress and cost of items he was fitting.
When we arrived to collect our motorhome, Jonathan went through all items fitted and explained again how each item worked and went through associated apps. We were again impressed with the installation he had installed with complete respect for our motorhome.
Would recommend MACSUK.

Amazing service, after getting the van ready for a trip noticed solar panels control board not working. Jonathan not only squeezed me in to allow our break happened but checked and fixed issues with electric ensuring the van was safe which involved alot of time. He is knowledgeable and professional. Great work thank you.

Discussed further upgrades in future. Definatley my go to garage.

Johnathon is very very approachable and knowedgable guy. Allows willing to help and advise. He does a very profession job, no mess and right 1st time. I wish all trades people were like this. Highly recommend him.

Poor communication contacted Johnathan and booked motorhome in to have air suspension fitted today 21/1/25 Was told we would have to pay for suspension up front which wasn’t a problem and he would send details. Then nothing no contact no email no call.
Not great service

Just returned from a week long trip to Jonathan. The fact I’m in Aberdeen and traveled to Essex is testament to standard of service offered by MACSUK. Jonathan has carried out works for me previously, so I knew it was worth making the trip. I had my solar replaced and three AGM batteries changed for a humongous single lithium. He relocated my existing inverter, fitted upgraded solar controller and battery charging system. Also upgraded the headlights (big difference 👍), and replaced underneath “shonky” wiring from previous van ownership installs. His totally professional and knowledgeable approach helped identify some unknown problems from previous ownership installs also. It transpires the inverter wiring was under spec’d. and potentially dangerous. The previous solar wasn’t matched, consequently the factory fit 120w was hobbled to 45w by two 45w panels that were retrofitted under previous ownership. No wonder my system had no umph!!. I’m fully umphed now, all singing, all dancing. Can’t thank him enough. I have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan’s Services to anyone for anything. Top man. Also special mention to Steve for all his assistance with the build. They work well as a team and bounce ideas/solutions between them. Thanks again guys👍

Jonathan was a great help, fixed a few issues with my Chausson, explained what the issues were and the way to resolve them. Communication was great. Good value for money. Will use him in the future.

Found johnathon on line and after a phone call I arranged to take my moterhome to his premises he suggested.Where we had a conversation reguarding what I wanted to achieve as I had just purchased a 3000 watt inverter.
After a lengthy conversation johnathon came up with various options to achieve my aim.
New lithium battery fitted along with new solar panels and and all the controls boxes etc etc.
The final result is that I can be totally self sufficient.
The standard of workmanship was absolutely fantastic.
Being so pleased with the outcome I asked for some additional work to be done once again what I thought was just fitting an outside electrical socket but NO jothanthon came up with the idea that by fitting an extra switch the outside socket can be powered by electrical hook up also can be run off the inverter with no need for electrical hook up. Again self sufficient.
Not too mention the fitting of daylight running lights and various other bits he has totally transformed my vehicle.
I have also found out the MACSUK can be a one stop shop for all you moterhome needs service in mots and the list goes on.
So if anyone is considering any upgrades or work done to there vehicle I can’t recommend anyone better.

Jonathan listened to what I needed, and then came up with the solution to meet my needs for all our off-grid camping. I initially read a review on a FB group for my make of MH from someone who had similar work done, and when I checked out his website, to my delight, I found he was local to me. I said I wouldn't write the review until I had been using the van with all the modifications, and 2 nights away in storm Burt, off grid, gave us everything we needed. Thank you.

I was introduced to Jonathan at MACSUK by another happy customer. Despite my having had a Motorhome system installed by a different supplier (I’m not local to Jonathan) when I sought his advice to rectify problems his service was exceptional. Many would simply not have been interested (indeed many other installers weren’t). Jonathan took great pains to respond, give superb advice (understandable by me as a non technical layman) and was ready to sort the problems. His advice, obvious technical ability was extremely reassuring and proved effective, having followed it, all seems well. If I need further support or service on my Motorhome I would certainly and without hesitation head to MACSUK even though they are at the other end of the country. Genuine expertise is hard to find but well worth the search, I would strongly recommend Jonathan and MACSUK, a top bloke who, unusually these days, really genuinely cares about delivering great service.

Had first class service from Wayne and his staff. We had M levellers fitted as recommended by an excisting customer. We had time to spare whilst the work was carried out and Wayne dropped us off at a local cafe for breakfast. Afterwards he collected us and took us to Derby. We are very pleased with the work and would gladly recommend this company

Excellent service and workmanship

From first contact with Jonathan it was clear he was dedicated to providing the best of service. His advice was clear and practical as to what upgrades would suit me best for my motorhome. The quality of his work is exceptional. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced his customer service is first class nothing is too much trouble for him. Will definitely use him again for future upgrades I have planned. I would recommend him without any reserves.

We completed much research before enlisting Jonathan to carry out some upgrades to our new Carthago Malibu. We visited his workshop from our home in Lincolnshire and it was worth the distance, and we have not been disappointed. He fitted rear air suspension and an inverter to our van. This was completed all within the day, albeit a long day for him, and he kept us informed of all progress as the day progressed. We would not hesitate to recommend and use him for any further upgrades.

George loves engineering; this is the key ingredient in any profession or occupation. He made our lives better for knowing him.

Fantastic experience dealing with macsuk and Jonathan was 100% willing to give expert advice and guidance. Work carried out was 1st class and was completely communicative throughout the whole process. Will be back I am sure for more upgrades

Excellent service by Jonathan at MACSUK Habcheck and some wiring sorted, highly recommended, even had a Park4Nights park up about 100m from his unit providing a nice spacious level hard standing,

Another shout to Jonathan Kyacht for his great work updating side marker lights, rear high level losenge style lights, laser front indicator lights that will light up any arena plus bi-xenon’s!
Not to mention the additional twin cameras, battery gadget I can’t remember what it’s called but balances charge between leisure and cranking batteries. Fuel mod plus hab check.
