I’ve probably ordered 20+ times on the TikTok shop and it always comes on time and the quality of the products is incredible! I fell in love with Mitch’s products since 2022, buying his products is so addictive bc they’re so good and for amazing prices!

My parcel was never delivered to the pick up shop as I asked for. Both made by Mitchell and dpd claim it was yet the post office have searched for it and allowed me to look as well. Made by Mitchell are not replying to my emails. As they will know by now the parcel hasn’t been collected and dpd where unable to return it as it was not at the post office as is claimed by this company. Do not order from this company as customer service is nonexistent and they clearly only care about taking your money. Shame I had to put 1 star they don’t deserve that.

I discovered this brand a few months ago and Iv spent hundreds already. I can’t get enough. I stopped wearing make up for a while as I was going through a rough time. Mitchels products and just his community in general have given me a love for makeup again and I’m loving myself again! His TikTok lives always make me smile seeing his generosity with others and his beautiful smile. I also had a call from him when I won his giveaway.
For anyone wanting to try MBM don’t hesitate and just do it!

Ordered for next day delivery and was left chasing for days when it didn’t arrive. MBM wouldn’t answer questions as I’d ordered via TikTok so acted like it wasn’t their responsibility. (It is) Finally found out 2 weeks after ordering that my order had been lost, then found but deemed too damaged to send to me. MBM would not send out the goods I ordered again as they said they were now out of stock so there’s nothing they could do.. So the money is going to be gone out of my account for 1 month now (2 weeks chasing, 2 weeks to process refund) and I have nothing to show for it.

“Mystery bags” are a rip-off and customer service is non-existent. Bought two mystery bags. Common sense would dictate that if a buyer is purchasing two supposed “mystery bags”, it might be prudent to give them two different mixes of products and not two identical bags. At time of ordering, there was no disclaimer stating bags will be identical. They’re not mystery bags at all, save for the few he sends out on TikTok lives to give the illusion of a “pick and mix”; it’s just identical bags of overstock. If you’re palming off the bits nobody wants, you can just say that. Describe as “Overstock mystery bag, do not buy multiples as contents will be the same” instead of suggesting it’s a complete lucky dip.

No response at all from anybody when trying to get in touch with customer service either. Fella has enough time to be begging on TikTok but not enough to provide decent service to the customers he already has?

My second order disappeared, and nowhere to be seen after a month.
I experienced no problems on my first order and loved the products! Unfortunately my second order disappeared during shipping. I saw a lot of negative reviews here and got super scared - so I ofc wrote costumer service. Everything turned out great and I got a full refund.
No matter what happened, I still love the brand and will definitely repurchase!

Bought the whole range of blushes but disappointed they are literally empty . Barely any product in the bottles colours are nice but wastage of money as they all are empty.

I think the saddest part is writing this review because I really wanted to love and support this brand.

For months I wanted to try the madebymitchell products and I ordered directly from their website and not from beauty bay just to fully support their brand.

Ordered august 22, August 23 received an email saying your order will be picked up soon. Almost a month passed and when I press on the link it says “ We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel” I have contacted their customer support 6-7 times the first few times they said “we are sorry for the delay we hope you’ll enjoy the products” which sounds really ironic to me since the order hasn’t even picked up.
After texting them on IG as well (the person who responded was super helpful) then the CC team responded via email sayin saying that they spoke to distribution to chase the order and sorry for the delay, this was on September 8th.
On September 13th I emailed them again if they had any updates and they said that It looks like the order was potentially collected by the courier and has not received a second scan at the depot, meaning this is lost in transit may still be delivered but they will send a new order out and they will email me the details well it’s been a week again and no news. I emailed them again requesting a refund I haven’t heard back from them yet.

To be honest I’m just super disappointed because I really wanted to love and support this brand and this just feels really bad having to be that customer that annoys the support team non stop etc.

I even saw tik tok videos of other people facing the same issue and after that I saw the trustpilot profile….

I hope they’ll get better in the future but I wouldn’t order from them again.

Really bad service - I had missing items in my deliver and have tried to use the chat option and no response. There is no other option to contact- haven’t tried the products as yet.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Order placed 1 week ago, giving tracking and absolutely nothing has happened. Made by mitchell have not sent out the package, DPD still showing awaiting parcel. Absolutely no response whatsoever!!!

I ordered two royal blue mirrors and was sent two royal blue brush holders, I was very disappointed as these were gifts, how can such a mistake happen ? Now they are full price?no option to rectify

Purchased a make up bag in June to find the handle is breaking away already. 50 quid for a rubbish make up bag. Tried several methods of contact to speak to someone at the company and ignored every single one. Even tried to contact them on their lives and they blocked me. Never will I by from this company again. Even tried to contact tik tok and they didn’t respond.

Horrendous customer service. I’d had one order and had no issues whatsoever but my 2nd order came insecure and an item missing. It wasn’t ripped open and the packaging looked as though it hadn’t been secured properly. Tried umpteen times to contact them with an update but heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. Plenty time for him to be online on tiktok though

Waste of time. Put my order in- courier hadn't recieved the parcel. 12 days later and there was no updates, no email stating the package had been recieved or out for delivery.

Logged in to my account and the package status said 'fulfilled'. This was not the case. Zero customer service, the bot i messaged said the parcel was sent. Got an immediate refund within minutes via PayPal.

If you are gonna give it a go, make sure to pay with PayPal for the inevitable refund you will need to get.

I don't understand how they can go live via tiktok selling products, when customers have either been ripped off or just not recieved anything via their website.

Ordered the travel case instead of the bigger one by mistake, returned without even opening to the return address on the website followed the correct procedure, got update that they had received it by the courier I sent it with. A month later no refund or no form of communication, send message after message to the chat box and no response!!!
I paid through PayPal and set up a dispute they then replied to PayPal saying I didn’t sent it to the right address and gave PayPal a completely different address to what was on the website. Two months later PayPal have refunded me the money as they still refuse to take responsibility.
And to top it off the quality of the case is appalling zip doesn’t work and cheap quality. Please do not order from this company all they’re bothered about is taking your money lucky for me I paid through PayPal who gave me my money back, still very annoyed that they still have my money and the product back!!!!

Not worth the hype! TikTok make out it’s amazing and it’s really not. The products are like cheap and hardly any product in them. I ordered the mystery £25 and the mystery £15 which guaranteed a milkshake blursh. I didn’t get the milkshake blursh I got a pink lipgloss instead. I tried to contact customer service which is chat service and no one got back to me. Won’t use again. Waste of money when there are much better products on the market. Nice packaging tho so that gets one star
