My order was cancelled without any communication about it. I still have no idea what happened. Very disappointed.

Shockingly bad service. Spent £100 seven weeks ago and items still have not arrived.
Have emailed the customer service team four times with not a single response. Am so desperate I have been forced to leave this review. Utter crap service!!

Everything I have literally ordered from mbm has never disappointed me at all. The quality and packaging are just to die for the formula is easy to work with and Every time there is something new in the shop I just have to have it. A little goes along way and that’s all that matters with mbm products. Who ever sees this you’re missing out.

It’s been weeks since I placed my It's been “on its way” since December 9 and it’s now January 7th. There’s no way to track or locate it and I’ve emailed the customer service 3 separate times and haven’t received a response from anyone about anything. The shipping is terrible and there’s no communication what so ever. I can’t recommend this to anyone due to my poor experience and no one seeming to care.

Already sent a review but since you keep sending me reminders will send again ordered 2 items 1 came 1 didn't emailed them twice about it still no reply about 4 weeks now

Worst customer experience ever. I have ordered two cases, one large case with wheels and one normal large case. The large case with wheels has arrived fault - it was a preorder and I had been waiting weeks for it. I have been trying for nearly a month now to contact Made by Mitchell via various platforms - email, their website, Instagram etc. And have been unsuccessful, they are just not replying to me and all I want to do is return the items for a refund as the items are not good quality and faulty. I will wait another week or so then I will have to contact the ombudsman to hopefully resolve this issue.

Very disappointed. Haven’t received my products. Ordered these almost a month ago and have gotten a reply from 2 emails. Poor customer service. The tracking info doesn’t even say shipped, it still just says confirmed. Can’t reach anyone about any updates.

Was missing one blursh from a bundle. Contacted customer service, however no response whatsoever. Had issues with the brand before regarding customer service and I'm again very disappointed.

I never received my product I ordered it on Dec 9th 2022 (it is now Jan 5 of 2023) I also never got any updates as to where my package might be

To be honest I was disappointed as I order the trio blush and the trio bronzer. On arrival only 5 items were in the package not 6 and 2 of the 5 were doubles so really only had 3 colours (not 6) I emailed and was just refunded £5 which wasn’t really what I wanted as wanted the 6 colours.

The products I received, I do love. The service however was very poor, I sent many messages and emails to have a different order canceled before it was shipped and none were responded to. So ive paid unnecessary double shipping and weirdly enough I received the second order and have not received the first order. One of my sets also came loose when they were pictured in a nice box but I'm just nit picking now.

I received my order and I am missing the Lonely Hearts Club Six Piece bundle. I also did not receive Toned Up in my Bronzed Blursh bundle instead I got two caramel chizel. I reached out to customer service on Dec 27 and still haven’t heard anything from anyone.

I never received one of the items in my order. I tried on several occasions to contact via a contact form as this was the only option given to contact, I never received a reply.

I ordered an eyeshadow brush set. This never arrived, only the eyeshadow brush bag. I sent several direct messages on Instagram and several emails. I have a whole makeup bag of made by Mitchell products and support this small business but I won’t be buying again. I’ve totally lost £20 that I spent.

Ordered a mini mystery bundle. Came in 3 days. Package was perfect!!

Customer service is absolutely inexistant. I messaged them through TikTok regarding a lipgloss that came broken but they didn’t bother replying at all. I opened a TikTok support ticket but no response from them either. For a brand that is so present on social media I would expect a hell of a lot more

I hate to be a Karen and I would love to give Made by Mitchell a better review as I genuinely love his products and think they’re amazing; I’ve given two stars instead of one purely for the quality of the products I have received. But the customer service has been so appalling that it’s practically non existent, and I’m now thinking that I have been scammed. I have messaged four/five times through the website in the past month but I haven’t received a response, and the chat function on TikTok shop is an automated bot. I ordered a Blursh Bronzed and an eyeliner bundle in the Black Friday sales. The package was delivered on 13th Dec containing only the Blursh, but my delivery email and order status say that both items were delivered. The eyeliner bundle has not arrived separately and as mentioned above, I can not get a single response from Made by Mitchell. It’s so frustrating and I’ve genuinely never known a ‘brand’ to have so little customer service before. Definitely avoid ordering, unless you can somehow find a way to get in touch with them when your items are undelivered.
