I placed an order and which was given a delivery date of 18-20 May. It is now 28th May and I have still not received my order. I expressed my concern throughout and was apologised to several times but with no action . Still waiting for refund or product. Avoid at all costs

I purchased two tops in the bank holiday sale later in the evening and added an additional promotional code that got accepted but was refunded.

I had already put my phone down for the night so didn’t see I had been refunded resulting in me missing out on this deal.

When I messaged made personally she said she’d refunded because the promotional code was “invalid” although if this was the case it should NOT of been accepted.

I thought this was unacceptable and she should’ve at least still honoured the original sale to me but instead she only rectified the situation for herself.

The family t shirts I ordered were of excellent quality at a very good price
I ordered them a bit late before our family holiday to Disney World and the company went out of their way to get them to me in time, replying very promptly to my enquiries. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I wanted some personalised pyjamas for my little boy turning 5 and took to google. I came across Made Personally and began looking through their page. There were so many options to choose from but as my little one loves Mario, I opted for the personalised Mario pyjamas in block red along with a personalised Mickey Mouse top that he could wear on his birthday.

After placing my order, I received an email stating that the block red wasnt available due to an issue sourcing from the supplier and was given striped red as an alternative. I am so glad the block red was unavailable as the striped red was absolutely lovely and overall the pyjamas and top are extremely good quality.

Delivery was quick (despite me leaving my order until last minute). Definitely reccomend and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you :)

I ordered these pjs for my grandsons 6th birthday and they are really lovely. Good quality and the transfer is beautiful plus he looked very handsome in them and I will be ordering his Xmas ones and his next birthday one too

Do not order from this company!!!
My order was the incorrect design, arrives dirty. When I contacted the seller - she wanted me to pay for the return even though it was her fault.

After I went back & argued this I got ignored. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back!

Awful quality! & customer service

They responded to one message saying my order was in print then when I chased it as the estimated time had gone over and I never heard from them I sent 3 more messages all ignored them requested a refund which was done immediately again message ignored no explanation no apology nothing! Communication is clearly not there strong point won’t be using again!

Made personally has gone absolutely above and beyond to create the most perfect tshirts for me and my family for our upcoming holiday to scatter my grandads ashes in Spain. From beginning to end, the customer care was absolutely outstanding and really took time and effort for such a special request. I cannot recommend enough, if you need any clothing personalised or printed, Made Personally is the place to go!! Thank you!

I placed an order and didn't read the dispatch dates information. My order would have arrived much later than when I needed it for. I got in touch and explained and they very kindly got my order ready in days and posted it for me so I had it in time. I was so greatful for their quick and prompt service. I felt valued as a customer. They even upgraded my delivery for free to make sure I received my order in time even though I had only paid for the standard delivery. They went above and beyond for me. They kept me informed at every stage. I highly recommend them and will most certainly be using them again. Excellent service and communication from them.

I ordered a K-pop t shirt for my three year old granddaughter. I couldn’t get her size in high street shops .
For less than high street we’re charging I got a personalised t shirt . She absolutely loved it and even wore it for her nursery pictures.

Absolutely awful company. I placed an on 6th January, I’m still waiting for the order despite it stating the estimated delivery being 14th-22nd January. I’ve emailed several times, the first few I was told they’re a small company and my order will dispatched soon. I emailed again saying if the order couldn’t be fulfilled, could I have a refund. No response. Sent another chaser email, no response. Don’t take the risk, I would order elsewhere.

The quality is amazing, the delivery was fast. I am so in love with the pyjamas and I can’t wait to see my son in them

The t-shirt I ordered is exactly what I wanted. The colour is lovely & the printing is perfect & what a great price for such a good quality t-shirt. It is for my granddaughter's birthday, she is going to love it. I would definitely recommend Made Personally

I can't even express in words how much love I have for this small business. She made a dress for me at the very last minute and saved my daughters kpop party. After being let down by another business on etsy, this lady went out of her way, spending time and money, just to make sure my daughter had a dress to wear for her party. The quality is unreal, the dress is spectacular and the customer service is next to none. Im so happy and greatful. Thank you again lovely xxx

Perfect items I ordered a personalised Mario top for my sons birthday and a lovely jacket also with Mario on it. They are stunning, great quality. The lady making and completing the orders works completely alone and worked hard to get my order out to me in time. She was kind, informative and kept me up to date throughout the process. Items were packaged beautifully, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Love supporting a small business. Absolutely amazing company, we were left in a pickle after an order from elsewhere didn't arrive, and we contacted them to see if they could help out and they pulled out all the stops and bent over backwards to help us out, getting the most beautiful dress made in just 2 days and posting it out so we had it for our daughters birthday party .

Exactly why we should support small businesses like this, we were treated with such kindness and compassion and the dress was absolutely stunning, will never be able to thank them enough for what they did for us

Great item, seller was friendly when I messaged about delivery times, and item came in plenty of time! My son loves his Teletubby t shirt and proudly wore it to nursery on his birthday. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I ordered 3 Gabby's Dollshouse t shirts, arrived in a decent time and really good quality. I'm so happy with my purchases!
Side note, please read the delivery terms. Estimated delivery date does not mean the product will be delivered by then so order in plenty of time. My products were dispatched a day after so after. Will definitely use again
