Avoid making purchases from Tulle Boutique Tutus.
Those who are familiar with me understand that I typically refrain from criticizing small businesses, as I prefer to support entrepreneurs. Recently, I have placed numerous orders with various dressmakers and custom designers for SG's party and the arrival of a new baby, all of which have been delivered and have exceeded my expectations. However, today I am extremely frustrated. I ordered a custom dress for a Girls Stitch birthday party dress for SG's celebration, and I have yet to receive the dress, nor have I encountered any customer service assistance.
The order was confirmed on June 12th. Over the past few weeks, I have reached out to TULLE BOUTIQUE TUTUS multiple times on different days, but I have only received a generic response stating that they would get back to me this adventure began 22nd of July trying to get some customer service. Finally, on July 27th, after commenting on their Facebook page, I received a reply indicating that my order would be shipped that day (Thursday). I messaged them several times after this, but there was no response until I commented again on their Facebook page, at which point I was told they would check on my order, only to be ignored once more.
31st of July asked if it was finished was ignored once again several times and then asked my order number argue for a while when a finally got a response.
7th of august messaged again as dress had not turned up and tracking had no information on it. Generic messages back.
8th of august told new one made and will be sent next day delivery.
9th of august told I haven’t sent it you never told me to.
11th of august messaged again no response.
The thought of my daughter being without her dress for her party, which she has been eagerly sharing with everyone, is infuriating, especially considering that the order was placed eight weeks ago and was supposed to arrive within four weeks. In my opinion, this is akin to stealing from a child, which is truly reprehensible. I am fortunate enough to be able to initiate a refund process today, but my child is currently without her Stitch Dress, which is central to her party's theme. The level of anger I am experiencing is beyond comprehension.
Please share this information and warn others against making purchases from this business. I’m not the only one seen several others on the page to contact her we are just deleted and ignored.

Have contacted bank and trading standards as well as other relevant authorities to steal from children in my opinion is the lowest of the low.
