Madison Park is bad at everything!
Madison Park is bad at everything! The website, the products, and the customer service are all unacceptable. After receiving a comforter from Madison Park today, I knew immediately it was NOT the one I had ordered. I called their customer service number and was treated VERY poorly. They truly made mountains out of molehills. I explained that they sent me black plaid instead of light blue plaid. That was not good enough. They wanted me to open a vacuum-sealed, clear package so they could assess whether the comforter was suitable or not. I was stunned by their outrageous requests. They wanted me to lay the comforter out on a bed. It was not enough that it was quite ugly and not what I wanted? They were clearly pulling a power play over a very small sum of money. Steer clear of Madison Park items. They are sold in several stores. They did eventually offer me my refund, but first, they made me unreasonably aggravated.
