I purchased a pergola from OVIA for an active construction project. The pergola has been fabricated; however, the delivery process has become extremely frustrating due to the lack of clear communication and a confirmed delivery date.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by phone and through other communication channels to obtain an update. Unfortunately, I have not been provided with a clear shipping date or confirmed delivery timeline.

I have also contacted several individuals involved with my order, but I have still been unable to obtain a definitive answer regarding when the completed pergola will be delivered.

The lack of communication has made it very difficult for me to properly plan the project and keep my client informed. As a contractor, this situation puts me in a difficult position because the delay affects the completion of my client's project.

The product may be completed, but communication and delivery coordination have been a major concern in my experience. I hope OVIA improves its communication and provides customers with clearer updates regarding shipping and delivery timelines.

I purchased a motorized pergola from this company. The materials and workmanship seem to be quite good. However, when assembling the pergola I discovered a part was missing to mount the motor for the louvers. I have contacted the company several times over the past 2 months, have been told the part would be shipped, but it never has. I have tried many different forms, asked for this to be escalated and still no action.
