They sell original shoes, but mine came stained. They didn't compensate, replace or do anything to fix the problem so won't be ordering again

Dear Barakah,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
Mad Kicks is a consignment store, which means individuals bring in their own supply of products for us to sell on their behalf. Each and every item is authenticated and verified to be in new, unworn condition by our trained expert staff.
We offer a free return policy in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, however, once this time frame has elapsed we are not liable for any damages. Promotional items are also non-exchangeable items.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Wishes,
Mad Kicks

Mad Kicks is a consignment marketplace, which means that we sell items on behalf of other individuals. The final determination on price is made by the consignor, but we work with them to help price items competitively. Many factors to take into consideration that determine the given prices of the products such as our location influences the prices of the items for sale and many more. However, if you would have compared us to the other physical stores, you would have noticed that we hold the lowest prices in the UAE market and very well positioned internationally. Nevertheless, we are always doing our best to lower the prices as much as possible to make our products more affordable for everyone! We want you to know that you’re always welcome here at Mad Kicks and we’d love to have you back in order to transform your recent experience into a more positive one. Regards, Mad Kicks Team
