Horrible experience, first they don't accept debit or credit cards. There whole business is built off money laundering. The sales people feel like they just want to fight you. They promise you stuff they never fulfill.

find what was I looking for, for a good price and the best quality

I had a terrible experience. I went to the store and I was interested in Hermes slippers, I knew how much they should cost but I was not sure I was ready to give so much for them, but I was told that they cost 5 and something hundred dirhams, me and my boyfriend clearly heard that it was hundreds. We thought it was probably a good fake and started asking for sizes and trying on, but there were leftovers, there were not the right sizes and colors. But since the price was sweet, we decided to take at least something. When we paid by card, they did not give us a physical receipt and said it would come to the post office. When we left the store and checked the mail we were horrified, the check was almost 6000 dirhams. We went back to the store to make a refund, there was already another salesman and he told us that they can not return the money, only to make a voucher for this amount, which will be valid for a year, which did not suit us. At the request to check on the cameras that the seller made a mistake by telling us the amount of 5 hundred, not thousands - we laughed in the face and said that it is impossible and the seller could not say so and that they do not have access to the cameras. How is it possible that they don't refund money when we returned after 5 minutes ? This is the worst experience and customer attitude we have had in UAE

I went to the Mad Kicks store in boxpark, willing to buy medium olive SP Travis Scott shoe which was way above retail price (i.e 2850 aed whereas retail price is 550 aed) and I was greeted with a rude, nasty, and condescending staff member that treated me like garbage. It’s as if he didn’t want me to buy the shoes, his tone was very aggressive, high. I talked to him about it and voiced my view on his attitude with me and he apologized however continued to maintain that extremely disresptful tone. I URGE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THIS STORE AS THE KNOWN RULE “customer is king” IS NOT APPLIED ELOQUENTLY HERE. I feel that he treated me like this as he judged and discriminated against me on the basis of my age (i.e 17) coming into the store without my parents.

quality sneakers and understand the sneaker culture

Received my voodoo shoe yesterday in a good condition, however the box is not well handled with crumpled edges and some scratches which is not meet my expectation for its price, it was a bit disappointed that shows lack of professionalism and negligence from your side. As a collector, shoe boxes is very important also.
