Item I was looking for was in stock, otherwise experience was average. The item didn’t have the original receipt and packaging was ok - nothing special.

Hi Sama!
We are saddened to hear that the experience was not up to your expectations.
It sounds like you had a fairly standard shopping experience. It's great that the item you were looking for was in stock, but it's understandable if the lack of original receipt and packaging was a bit underwhelming. Hopefully, the item itself meets your expectations despite that!
We promise you to take this valuable feedback into consideration.
Thank you
