Ordered 2 dresses sent them back which I was happy to pay £20 plus for the return however I am 4 weeks in numerous emails sent with no response and still no refund! So if anything I’m even more down money wise from paying the dresses aswell as my return !

Do not buy from this company. What I ordered was not what was received. The shoes were not suede as advertised and I ordered a size 7. They sent an 8.
There was no response to numerous emails. Shocking. I got my money back fortunately via my bank but beware!!

They are scammers, I ordered a two-piece for 2months now, I am yet to receive the item. No response to my email.

BEWARE! Buy from this storefront at your peril! Ignore the glossy pics and fake European vibe it is a Chinese drop shop that sells very cheap Chinese knock offs. I ordered a pair of sandals for £83 and when they eventually arrived they were nothing like the image on the site and were made of a cheap vinyl like material. I have received no acknowledgement of purchase or receipt by either email or in the package. Delivery took 3 weeks. Were they priced at £25 i would have lived with them. I received no recepit by email or with the goods and they have yet to respond to an email requesting information on how to return the goods. The UK phone number just rings off immediately. I known realise this is not of many glossy shopfronts - known as dropshops - that are little more than marketing strategies to offload low quality Chinese products. Learn from my mistake!

Delayed receipt of item. When it did arrive it was very poor quality. Have emailed, as per website to initiate a return… 4 emails and no responses. Have tried their ‘contact us’ which states they will respond in 24 hours… still nothing. Tried their phone number which clearly has been disconnected and now has an Australian number.
Am guessing I won’t be getting my money back anytime soon.
AVOID PURCHASING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!

The item I ordered was described as being Hugo but there is absolutely no branding and the product does not feel ‘quality’. I have emailed them numerous times asking for a return but I have not had a reply. When I try phoning it just cuts out. Please don’t use this company

Do not buy from this company unless you are prepared to send a return to an address in China at your own expense. That's providing it ever gets there!!! The dress I ordered was nothing like that in the photo, it was a size small but could easily have been a large. Have cut my loses but would like to warn others thinking about buying something from this rip off company

Needed some new sandals for a holiday and decided to order from here. They arrived on time and looked exactly like the photos. Have worn them a few times already and they're really comfortable. Happy with the purchase and would buy from here again.

Ordered a blazer last month. The delivery went fine but the fit was too tight. Sending it back was simple and got the right size after.

Good quality platform heels very comfortable and great fit.

Not happy at all. Was not aware before buying that these were being shipped from china. If I had known I wouldn't have bought from them as I needed these delivered quickly. Unable to cancel as they say they have already been shipped. Its now been 11 days since purchasing and the tracking is still saying they are in China and not even left the country.

Bought weddingguest dress two weeks ago the shipping went smooth but the dress was one size to small. The return was easy eventually got the right size later.

Got a great party dress for the holidays exactly what i was looking for, the shipping was a little longer but they got me a store credit for the trouble. Amazing service!!!!!

Got a shirt for the holidays the delivery was in 5 business days, and it went very smooth. Didn't expect it to be this good, just ordered a pair of sandals probably will order more from them in the future.

I ordered a dress from Madora five days ago and received it today. The dress is exactly aas described and met all my expectations. I would highly recommend ordering from them, as they offer excellent service and great value.

• Reporting the matter to Hugo Boss for investigation of potential trademark infringement; and
• Providing all photographs, product listings and correspondence as evidence in support of my claim.
Your statement that this is your "final offer" does not alter my legal rights. This remains my final attempt to resolve this matter directly before escalating it further.

I strongly advise that you review this complaint properly and provide a satisfactory resolution without further delay
