Proactive and excellent service
Reasonable price, prompt delivery and excellent service. An unchecked autofill meant that what I had purchased was to be delivered to the wrong destination. After emailing in about this I received a call back to discuss a solution. It was on me to contact the Royal Mail to correct the address. I forgot, but the product arrived correctly anyway. Presumably the store proactively contacted Royal Mail to correct the delivery, which is about as good as service gets. Strongly recommend.

Poor customer service
One of the wetsuits I received was defective, deep press marks. I returned it , (berely touching it) & i was accused of damage & they charged me £20 for repair.
If you looking for better online experience buy from someone else.

Thank you for your feedback, however, as you are aware, the suit was not defective when it was sent to you and the damage was not the press marks but the tear on the back of the suit. Our T&C’s are clear, we refund fully all items returned in an undamaged and as new condition; we were well within our rights to refuse the return and refund on the basis that you returned it with damage. However, so that you would not be hugely out of pocket, we offered to get the suit repaired and refunded you the full amount less the estimate for the repair.
Despite your rudeness and poor attitude to our offer of help and resolution, we feel that we have been more than helpful and did our best to offer a good customer service; we are sorry that on this occasion, you don’t feel that we achieved this.
