Mad privelige thing to say, but I couldn't live without my Maeving. Beautiful bike, rides like a dream and means I don't ever have to commute on a train again. Big 11/10 to their customer service and engineer team - Matt came out to service my bike and was an utter gent. He found an issue with the front brake that would need fixing in the long term, Aimee in workshop team was in touch within hours to get it sorted without me having to move a muscle. What an utter dream team.

Muaadh was very helpful and friendly. Lovely showroom - fun test ride. Well worth seeing the bikes in person if you can.

A truly fantastic bike that brings a smile every time I ride.
These guys are great, from the initial call to Chris to purchase the bike right through until delivery it was a no pressure, professional service throughout.
The bike speaks for itself, looks great, feels and rides like a real quality thought out piece of engineering.
Controls and layout is intuitive and the performance is so much better than expected in real world riding conditions. I would buy another one tomorrow and personally feel that the quality, service and looks are worth every penny. If there are any doubts jump on one for a test ride and that will make parting with your money easy.

Neil from Maeving undertook the first annual service of my Maeving RM1S motorbike today, he was friendly and helpful, a great advocate for the brand. The Servicing of an Electric vehicle can sometimes feel a little perfunctory but not today, checks, adjustments, loads of advice, a software update, a road test and good conversation. Hopefully Maeving appreciate the benefit of having team members with this level of knowledge, experience and customer focus.

I had a test ride today with Dan from Maeving. The bikes are awesome! For someone with short legs, the bike was a good size and not too heavy. The acceleration is good because of the torque. It’s been nearly 40 years since I had a motorbike. The ride today was great, thanks to Dan. I have fallen in love with motorbikes again!

Matt delivered the bike with care. He went through all the details on the bike and no question was too small for him to give a full and proper response. Most importantly he provided sage advice to me as a new rider.

Smooth, efficient and friendly. Just like the bike itself, and exactly the kind of service I've always had from Maeving but a special shout out to Neil who was brilliant in completing the first annual service on my RM1S today.

I followed Maeving on their socials and loved their marketing. I was invited to a factory tour and test ride. The tour was insightful and it was great to see what you may buy into as a product. I ride a Goldwing Bagger so the Maeving was a complete contrast. It was the most honest bike I have ever ridden, I loved it.

Suite à un essai sur route, j'ai été ravi. J'ai ensuite eu des échanges avec Thomas. Que je remercie pour toutes ces informations et échanges sur le modèle et la marque. Commande faite.
Livraison pour mon anniversaire avec petit cadeau de la part de Brieux.

Had a test ride at Maeving. The bike is great fun, a completely different experience due to the tranquility of not hearing the engine. Easy to ride, no clutch and gears. Would be a fantastic commuter bike.

So from my test drive in Dundee, to the contract with the sales team, to the delivery of the bike from Matt it's all been great. Jakub was particularly helpful on the sales team, taking time and effort to help me find the right bike. I got my RM1 delivered today. Totally stoked. Thanks to everyone on the team.

An excellent experience and insight into the Maeving company. Plenty of insights into the models, with no pressure to buy.

Included a great ride out where I was able to test the bike to the full with a test route covering countryside and urban roads.

Really felt welcomed and open and what a great experience of the brand.

Dan was methodical and informative with a relaxed approach so that you felt comfortable for the test ride without ever feeling pressured. The motorcycles feel better than the performance figures and are ideal economic commuting vehicles. I personally preferred the RM2 ridding position and was pleasantly surprised by the storage in the top locker which is in the fuel tank position of a petrol machine. It’s got all the performance you could ever need for city and rural commute without losing your license, the E setting works in 30 mph zones so that you don’t creep over the limit and S sport setting does the job when road conditions allow.

Après avoir fait une demande d'essai sur le web, j'ai été contacté par Thomas de Maeving France, très belle expérience avec Brieux (Sovel Lyon) lors de l'essai, et commande d'une rm1s dans la foulée, livraison 3 semaines après et que du plaisir ensuite. Merci à eux.

Aussitôt commandée après avoir vu la belle sur le salon de Lyon, aussitôt livrée… à la maison ! On peut difficilement faire mieux ! Merci à Maeving France pour tout le suivi, et à Brieux pour sa disponibilité lors de la livraison !

Un entretien à domicile très professionnel. Brieuc était au top, attentionné et à répondu à toutes mes questions. Bref, impeccable !

Service, electrics updated , new front brake disc fitted and readjusted the top lid as I was having to slam it not any more ……Sweet
After Neil had finished I took it for a spin WOW what a difference it was like riding a new bike
Neil is very knowledgeable about the product and very easy to talk to especially about any queries that I had

J'ai contacté Maxence pour la première fois pour un service après-vente. Le problème venait en réalité d'une mauvaise utilisation de ma part, mais il a été pris en charge avec une intervention à domicile cinq étoiles — courtois, rapide et très réactif. Toute l'équipe Maeving dédiée au marché français mérite les mêmes éloges. Rassurant de constater que, même sans réseau de concessionnaires, Maeving se comporte comme une véritable marque, attentive et présente. Un service client exceptionnel.

Maeving just always being awesome. Neil has just been over this morning, super friendly guy and really knows his stuff, I'm extremely impressed! I've had two bikes directly from Maeving and just adore everything about their products and staff. Always rooting for you!
