They accidently sent a wrong tank to me, but Maggie and Andrea will be covering the cost of sending me the original color I ordered. Plus they were super responsive and kind!

Tried to return for a refund as the tanks are flimsy and not well made. Was informed they don't have an address to process returns. BUYER BEWARE. Customer service is awful.

I made a mistake in placing my order. emailed them and they handled it quickly. My only suggestion would be to upgrade their website. But other than that I'm excited to try their products.

I tried on the tank tops and they were too tight except for one which felt AMAZING. I asked if I could return them and they said to keep them and they'll ship out the next size up. WOW! I'm donating the smaller tank tops to homeless women, thanks Maggie Tanks!

They were extremely quick to respond to my questions and to take care of a small issue. With a great solution.

I ordered a braless tank that had good reviews. When I finally received it, the quality was poor and it didn't fit right. When requesting a refund, Maggie offered to send me a replacement or refund 30% of what I paid. We went back and forth and was offered a 50% refund, and i didn't have to return the product. I felt like I was forced to take it. Not the way I had anticipated this purchase would go.

I ordered 3 tanks that were too large. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace the tanks with a smaller size, and I was able to choose different colors. I did replace one of the colors with another as I didn't care for the color on the first order. They said I could keep the original order and either wear them around the house or share them with someone else who could use them. The shipping for the replacements was reasonable.

I had questions regarding the 'structure' around the torso due to PHN issues. My question was answered in a timely and honest manner, which was greatly appreciated.

The quickness of Maggie‘s response was very much appreciated. I really look forward to getting my tank tops. I have been looking for a specific style of tank tops with the built-in bra and these look exactly like what I’ve been looking for.

UPDATE: While the customer service was great, the product is not. I pulled out the pads and might wear it as a tank under something. But it is cheaply made and the fabric doesn’t breathe at all so sleeping in it won’t work.
Great idea, great customer service, lousy product quality.
