MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror Reviews

Magic Mirror has been a game changer for us. My wife and I were keen to ramp up our fitness and, after attending our local, fairly indifferent gym, we took the plunge and bought our mirror. It's quite simply outstanding. The range of exercise routines, full body and localised is amazing. Brilliant PTs and accurate personal feedback after every session means you can easily track progress. Updates are free and regular and the sections which include mindfulness, stretching and stress relief are brilliant placed alongside fitness routines. We have never looked back, one of the most useful purchases we have ever made.

It is simple to use. Lots of choice and the duration of a session is chosen by you.

I would like to see more group class sessions

Delighted to have made the choice to purchase The Mirror. It offers lots of varied workouts that suit all the family.

Excellent service fast delivery friendly staff great communication and the product is outstanding, easy to use and set up thank you

I absolutely LOVE the mirror. It has been a life changer...I actually look forward to working out. It's easy and effective! Lots of different workouts.

Omg what can I say , saw this mirror advertised , and decided to buy the mirror bench and weights. It has a lot of different exercises you can do . also corrects you if not doing correctly , would highly recommend buying well worth the money also can do it in comfort of your own home.

Was looking at purchasing one for a while decided to bite the bullet and I’m so pleased I did even my kids use it would recommend to anyone who doesn’t really feel comfortable going to the gym

I needed help with my training but like doing it from the comfort of my own home so when I came across the magic mirrorr it was a game changer no going to the gym can do all the right things from the comfort of my frontroom, lots of online groups too if need any help/advice.

I've never been a gym confident guy and because of that I've always relied on sport to keep me fit neglecting any kind of strength related trainining, something I know is important for anyone over 40 as muscle wastage sets in.

Magic has enabled me to build strength in the areas I need it, making my body stronger and more resilient. I now enjoy a leg workout.

Magic is abale to target the parts of my body I want to focus on at the times I have available while matching the duration I choose.

I recommend Magic to so many of my friends as its so simple yet so effective. I also invested in the Magic weights and bench to ensure I have everythimg needed to maximise my workouts, the quality of all items is excellent, solid and durable.

Love my new Ai mirror, its perfect to fit around my busy life and convienient to exercise in the comfort of my home.

Magic really is magic. The mirror is a genuine marvel, seeing the trainer and yourself together is so effective in being able to follow a workout and monitor your own performance. The weights and bench are really good quality and there are a multitude of trainers and sessions available at no extra charge.

As someone who can get to a gym for multiple reasons, I enjoy using the classes in my own time.
There are all levels from beginner to advanced, I’m at beginner level, there is constant encouragement from the coaches. Having the coach on screen to follow with AI following to correct posture etc makes you feel like being at a gym class.
It is helping increase my fitness at my personal level at time, fabulous product which I highly recommend.

The mirror is a fantastic tool. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years and i feel this is the best training concept to come into the health and fitness industry in that 30 years.

We purchased the Magic Mirror for our home gym about 8 months ago and have never looked back. We love the ease of use, the range of classes and the fact that we can train privately at home, in our own time. We genuinely wouldn’t be without it now as it’s a great addition to our gym and we really enjoy the workouts! In case anyone is wondering, we are in no way affiliated with MAGIC. We are just genuine, happy customers who love this product and would recommend it to anyone wanting to increase their fitness levels.

This AI mirror is fantastic!
I’m 71 and use it almost every day. The choice of sessions is amazing for all levels.
I use the beginner ones. They are quite short but can do more than one.
The variety is brilliant - weights, mobility, cardio, stretching, Pilates, yoga, dance and qigong.
Movements are tracked and feedback given.

Very impressed with the customer service I received from Paul regarding my recent purchase. I felt like a valued customer, I wasn't just fobbed off and he worked to answer my questions fully and resolve my issue. Really happy and greatful for the high touch service.

The mirror is amazing and I finished my first workout. The graphics and interface are easy and sharp. It was beyond simple to use the mirror. It's heavy so have more than one person but well worth the purchase price. I cannot wait to finish more workouts and I do love that more than one member of my family can use the mirror. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Worst experience I've had .
Me and my partner purchased the mirror separately and that the dumbells + bench bundle,
First I'll say that before you order the mirror it doesn't say you need to pay for subscription so it's very misleading.
Second when I ordered the dumbells and bench I've received only the dumbells, the delivery company said they never received the bench and magic said they did . ( I've seen reviews here that state the same situation) , in the end we agreed on another date for delivery, I've received texts and emails about delivery time etc but at the morning of delivery day I received an email that the delivery is cancelled with no option to book another day or any explanation.
I've contacted customer service who said that it's early in the morning and no one is in the office yet , that contacted 3 hours later still no update but than the third time I've contacted they started to ignore me or my messages,
For the money they charge in expected better customer service and overall a better experience,
Not happy at all so won't recommend it to anybody else
Still waiting for an update and my missing bench

Thank you to Christopher for resolving an issue only a professional in the field could solve . Given it’s a Sunday his response was prompt and professional. Thank you so much for your invaluable help.
