MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror Reviews

I purchased my Magic Mirror over a year ago to make the most of an offer on the monthly subscription. I've only installed the mirror recently after house renovations and when I installed the mirror it said that I had to subscribe. I contacted the team and they reinstated my offer subscription immediately. Swift and great service.

What a fantastic piece of kit. I have never looked back. Weighed in at 81kg first week. 6 weeks in now weigh 76.5. Easy to use really good customer service and I use it 5 days a week.
Get one now. Fantastic

I had few concern about the Mirror after I got it. Paul answered all of my questions, he was very polite and patient. Awesome customer service.
Thank you

I really love my mirror, it is so easy to workout whenever I want to, I can choose how long and how often I want to use it. Makes exercising easier!

Paul stayed in the chat with me while we worked everything out. He was so helpful and kind during the process. We got it resolved so quickly and everything is working just fine now. Thank you Paul!

Very quick response from the team - Jezell especially has been extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

We had a few issues with glitching on the mirror, I contacted the customer support team and Paul was fantastic! Emailed me within a few hours with a few things to check then, when all of the checks were clear, organised a replacement mirror that was delivered within 2 working days!

The new mirror works perfectly, the workouts are really good and easy to fit into a busy schedule. The rep counting and form correction are pretty accurate. Overall I’m very happy with the mirror and very impressed with the customer service!

The order process and delivery were simple. The delivery guys unpacked the mirror a all I had to do was plug it in.

Setup was easy, just connect to the internet and add your personal details and a few preferences and you're good to go. Of course it's a considered purchase and I pondered it for some time before ordering. I'm glad I did, there are so many exercises on there to suit anybody. The real time feedback is useful and the pointers after your workout are good too.

You can follow a set program or choose one you like. I'm currently mixing weights and flexibility (yoga/pilates) as there are some beginner/introduction classes.

Some of the workouts are only 10 minutes which is handy if I'm in a hurry, I can at least say I did something.

The mirror automatically updates when new workouts are added.

I'm really enjoying the mirror and have given away some of my other exercise equipment and I'm saving space.

I really want to love this mirror. But the interaction with the company is painful there are issues with this mirror that I’ve highlighted over several days with the company. They’re extremely lax at getting back to you and should’ve known about some of these issues before it went to market. For example, when it’s plugged in and there’s a power cut the mirror turns itself back on. We had a power cut this morning and found out that the mirror had been on. Not very good if you’re on vacation for example.

It has a counting mechanism for class scores which makes no sense, but they won’t explain what it means in plain English.

I’ve asked several times what the procedure would be to return the mirror although I’m not doing that at this present mailing time I’ve had no response. I’m a bit worried that they promise 30 day no crippled guarantee will not be honoured. On delivery it was supposedly a white glove delivery. The courier left it in my hallway only opened the box when I insisted that’s not White glove.

Finally, I tried to post items on their Facebook post they’re not derogatory but because they appear not to fit in with their company ethos i.e. very positive they’ve not yet been posted. They’re trying to project a slick company? I’ve used the mirror a few times and I have to say I like it whether it’s accurate only time will tell. But if these issues continue, I will return it within the 30 days or can I say attempt to return it this company needs to be more responsive actions not fine words.

This is truly magic, so many options for workouts and personal trainers literally at your fingertips, a game changer. Onwards and upwards to fitness levels, flexibility and strength.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! What a fantastic product. I have never been keen on attending the gym, the mirror is like having your own personal trainer at a touch of a button with a number of programmes to fit your fitness level. The mirror fits in with your schedule, no need to book a PT session, just turn on the mirror and off you go.

Firstly quick and easy delivery, only used a couple times so far but its a great piece of kit. Can't wait to use it on a regular basis.

Brilliant delivery service. Great fitness mirror. Loads of different classes to do and the best is to be able to do them when I can.

Brilliant piece of kit. I’m a busy working mum and the mirror means I can slot workouts in easily. It’s so easy to use and there is a great range of workouts and different instructors to choose from. So glad I bought it!

With the weekly suggestions I have been taken out of my comfort zone, and I love it. Where I used to spend time scrolling for something I ‘fancied’ doing, now I have a quick selection.
The other benefit is the space commitment. Where my bike and treadmill used to be I now have floor space.
Although it doesn’t always notice every rep I would strongly recommend. Loving the variety and the ease. Fab piece of home workout equipment.

I bought one, the best investment I ever made. Gym memberships and personal trainers are so expensive, now I can have both in the comfort of my own home. I know that it does not replace the real experience of attending a gym and the social side of things but this an acceptable alternative as far as I'm concerned. If you decide to buy one, enjoy the experience, you won't regret it.

Completely blown away by my new Magic mirror. I was fed up with the size of the classes I went to and the gym isn’t really for me as they get so busy at popular times, so this was the perfect solution. So far I have done 25 exercises and I am trying to do at least 15 minutes every day. I alternate between upper and lower body and when I have more time do longer full body classes. I would recommend the Magic mirror to anyone especially people like myself with a busy work and life schedule 😀

Amazing product! I already have a gym membership but wanted something to use in between gym days or when being a busy working mum meant I couldn't get there. My mirror was delivered at the beginning on June and i'm already on my 41st class. With a variety of classes, many of them 10-15mins longs, it's so easier to fit a quick class in. I find i can 2 or 3 shorts one in a night, just in between doing family/home life things. I can't wait to see what exciting things Magic come up with next!

Easy to order easy to set up beats having the stress of going to the gym do workouts in your own space in your own time. 100s of workouts great for the family would highly recommend 👌

Great product enabling me to embark on a whole new fitness journey. I love the flexibility I have to do a variety of workouts when I choose to do them and have my progress tracked with the PT elements. Very happy with my purchase!
