MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror Reviews

So happy with my mirror , no more wasted time driving to the gym , no more trying to book onto classes . It’s cheaper than renewing my gym membership as I am paying for it with monthly payments. So many workouts and options. I’m not a techie person but it’s so easy to do . Just do it , get one . 😁

Having this AI mirror has provided the support and motivation I needed to exercise and get fit.

Perfect for beginners new to exercise or just starting over after injury or illness. Has a great feature whereby you input specific info for you and it sets programmes to follow so no need to stress about what to do next. There is also a wide range of different excerise types to try and lots of different instructors to guide you. You can save your favourite workouts in your own section so can go back to them without searching. Also can select how much time you have to exercise and it will select the workouts that suit. So far I love the mirror.

rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating purchases I've made.

I ordered this fitness mirror because the website stated it would ship within five days. Five days came and went with no shipment. About 10 days later, it still hadn't shipped. It wasn't until around day 13 or 14 that FedEx finally showed it in their system.

To make matters worse, it shipped from London instead of a U.S. warehouse, despite the website indicating it would ship quickly. If there was no U.S. inventory, that should have been disclosed before I placed my order.

When the mirror finally arrived, my disappointment only grew. As I unpacked it, there were fingerprints on the screen, the packaging appeared to have been previously opened, and it did not look like the experience of opening a brand-new $1,600 product. It also came with the wrong power cord for the U.S.

I decided to give it a chance anyway.

The next day I started a yoga class. Every few minutes the video and workout timer would freeze, while the music continued playing. I thought maybe it was just that class, so I tried another workout. Same problem. I tried a different type of workout. Same problem again.

For reference, I have Starlink internet and can stream movies and videos without issue. This made the mirror effectively unusable for its primary purpose.

At that point I decided I was done and requested a return.

Instead of simply arranging the return for a product that arrived looking used and didn't function properly, I was sent another form to fill out. After everything I'd already been through—shipping delays, questionable condition, the wrong power cord, and a product that wouldn't reliably play workouts—I was expected to spend even more time filling out paperwork.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming experience from start to finish. I bought this mirror to make working out easier, not to spend weeks dealing with customer service.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company or its product.

Great communication from the company. The magic mirror is an excellent and innovative device , workouts of all kinds directly at your fingertips!!

Easy to navigate and use with a variety of activities. Provides feedback after each session to help you develop your fitness goals.
My wife finds is motivational

Its a good product works well if you have an excellent wifi connection. My poor internet limited the functionality but once resolved it works very well. Emily phoned me and worked through the issues I was having and ran through all the options that weren't immediately obvious to a "boomer" like me - she was really helpful. Now i've seen all it can do I'm mega impressed and so invested.

Communication with Magic is very good with quick conversation replies.
It is a good bit of kit especially if getting to a gym is a prob. It gives motivation and seems to have a multitude of exercise options with more being added. I’m still getting familiar with it but so far so good! It is expensive but you’re investing in yourself I guess. The dumbbells are space saving and avoid the need to keep taking weights on and off so that’s good and the bench collapses down for easy storage. There were logistic issues with the delivery, with it not being delivered on the dates it was supposed to and then being delivered in multiple deliveries to complete the order but as said before communication with the team at Magic was good. After finally getting everything delivered, I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks so far but feel that so long as you can push yourself to be consistent with it then it should be a good investment. I am happy with the purchase.

I faced problems with the actual delivery service and when contacting customer services of magic, an immediate attempt was made to resolve this and their commitment to service and understanding of the problem was exceptional. In fact throughout the whole purchase process, I was very reassured about the legitimacy of the order. Customer service services went above and beyond.

The Mirror is a fabulous way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. It has so many programmes, and different instructors, to choose from that you will not get bored.
The installation and set up was really easy and it's designed not your be intrusive.
I would really recommend it for all ages and abilities.

This mirror is truly amazing. I LOVE it! The variety of classes with accurate tracking.. giving pointers such as stand straighter or squat lower... are excellent. I have exercised all my life... and have an aerobics and pilates teaching qualification. This mirror has exceeded any expectations. I'm addicted!

I contacted customer service before ordering and was told the goods would be dispatched quickly after placing my order. Delivery was initially suggested for around 2 June, then moved to the 6th, then the 12th. I remain unconvinced that parts of the customer service operation are not AI-driven, as I repeatedly seemed to be told what I wanted to hear rather than what was actually happening.

The first delivery was cancelled on the day, with the courier blaming MAGIC and MAGIC blaming the courier.

The second delivery attempt brought the wrong goods entirely. After opening the boxes, I was told I should keep the incorrect goods and arrange collection and exchange at a later date. I insisted that the wrong goods were taken away immediately.

The third delivery attempt brought the same incorrect goods again, minus one item and in damaged boxes. I refused delivery. The courier's supervisor, speaking through the driver's phone, very defensive, curt and not at all helpful.

The fourth delivery attempt, less than 24 hours later and following the direct intervention of two senior MAGIC managers, finally delivered the correct order.

In total, it took ten separate correspondences, four delivery attempts and over a month to receive the goods.

Today is day one of owning the mirror, bench and weights, and I am glad I stayed the course. Based on my initial impressions, the mirror appears to be worth the money and the hype.

I am therefore increasing my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I will update this review again in a month's time once I have had a chance to properly evaluate the product.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but the Magic AI Mirror has completely exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to use, gives impressive results, and is a lot of fun. The AI features are surprisingly accurate and the image quality is excellent. I’ve spent hours trying different styles and effects, and the results always make me smile.

The setup was straightforward, and everything worked exactly as described. Friends and family have all been impressed when they’ve seen it. If you’re looking for something unique, entertaining, and genuinely clever, I would definitely recommend the Magic AI Mirror.

A fantastic purchase and well worth the money!

Absolutely love my mirror even though I have just started can’t wait to do more classes and it’s so easy to use and navigate. Money worth spent.

I had a slight issue with the delivery schedule. But thanks to customer care this issue was resolved.

Now we have the mirror. I can see why everyone raves about it. Such a great idea.

I will post further reviews as I journey into my Magic Adventure to a healthier and fitter me.

Thanks Magic.fit

I absolutely love this, and I can not wait to get home in the evening to do my workouts. I was never that excited to go to the gym. I love the fact that the system is updated frequently with new trainers and classes. I love the fact that I can wear what I want without being judged. I already feel fitter & stronger and can see a difference. The delivery was on time and professional (although a tad expensive). Just a shame I didn't wait another 4 weeks to get the free massage gun.

Magic mirror is a game changer for me, I just don’t have the time to get to the gym on a regular basis and I have joined so many and never keep it up but having this in house means I can dive in and out of a workout sometimes with just 15 mins ! Perfect for everyone!

Love the magic mirror. I can undertake classes at times which suits me. I can choose the level and able to track my progress.

Great piece of kit. Makes exercising very convenient and they keep adding new types of exercise to try. The monthly challenges are great as it gets you to try new stuff. I’m very happy with it.

I was getting mirror then talked myself out until my husband worked out what I was paying for 6days at gym + other classes at other venues all extra cost so that’s what made me purchase Magic Mirror.I won’t lie about Delivery service which I have already reviewed but this was only thing I had problems with, when I needed advice from Magic Mirror either e-mail or chat service this is a 1st class service.i can honestly say you won’t be disappointed a great product easy to set up for yourself & once you’ve done your first session & gone thru all the programmes available you won’t look back, would highly recommend for all fitness level types & am pleased to see a mobility programme now available don’t let price deter you from the best piece of equipment you will ever purchase winter months are going to be great no going out in cold can’t wait😁
