MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror Reviews

I love the variety of classes with the Magic mirror and the fact that it tracks you and you can pause and do at your convenience
Perfect for busy parents who can only grab bits of time here or there.

You have to hold yourself accountable of course, but apart from that, it does everything for you and it gives lots of encouragement in the recorded feedback.

Class updates also come regularly -lots of new things being featured.

Cannot fault Magic AI at all! Superb product and great customer service and when they say 30 day trial, they mean it, no quibble, easy and simple returns process!

Love this and everyone that's seen and tried it feels the same. The constant new content is also amazing! There is a huge community to support you to and you can be as active or quiet as you like. Great experience so far.

I bought the magic mirror for my partner. She absolutely loves it. From how easy it is to set up and use, to all the content on there. Programs are great and the AI is brilliant.

Amazing product with amazing classes. Yes it’s high end, but totally worth it. Great customer service too.

Love this mirror! It makes working out at home a breeze. I can work on my fitness from the comfort of my own home which is perfect for me! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an alternative to the gym or wants to supplement alongside it.

Love the magic mirror! It keeps me motivating! And the Quality is excellent!

The magic mirror and dumbbells are amazing … my only regret is i did not buy the magic mirror sooner and sadly did not discover it when it was first established!

The mirror is the best investment I have made as it has helped me establish motivation and develop a consistent workout routine which the gym never could.

I have always struggled with consistency and motivation in the gym .I often got bored so was always stopping and starting so not achieving any fitness goals. Also the problems of :- travel hassle , broken equipment/ broken machines, queuing up and busy environment affected my motivation and consistency.

The magic mirror is amazing as it eliminates all these problems that gyms present. It is so motivating as the weekly plans give you different classes each week so you are often not doing the same things day in day out / week in week out.

If you do get given the same class you did recently which sometimes does happen, you can easily swap the class.

You don’t even have to follow the weekly plan if you don’t want to and you can easily choose whatever you want to do from hundreds of classes at beginner , intermediate and advanced levels from all the different instructors .

There is also a fabulous option to create your own workouts which is ace for those of us more knowledgeable and confident in fitness.

It is amazing how magic always add new classes literally every 1-2 weeks and regularly add new instructors with diverse expertise so you know you will never get bored . This shows value for money as you would not get variety this frequently in a gym.

Its amazing how you can access any class on the mirror 24/7 as AI tracks your from . So you don't have to worry about rushing and attending at a certain fixed time like on other fitness platforms that do live classes or to gyms that have set times for in person classes.

The magic dumbbells and bench are amazing quality strong and durable. They are space saving , solid and easy to change weights, no faffing about with plates and clips. However I feel it is amazing that magic mirror allows you to use any type and any brand of weights and bench if you wish as this is a good option for those who want to keep costs lower or already have weights and bench at home so theres no pressure to buy these from magic alongside the mirror but I am so glad i did!

Delivery was quick within 7days and the delivery team were polite and friendly regularly keeping me updated and helped unbox the item to ensure they were functional before leaving.

The magic customer service has been amazing as they always listen to feedback from customers whether positive or negative ( 99% i have seen is postive).

I love the variety of classes magic mirror offers:- HITT cardio classes, boxercise classes , dance classes, pilates classes, yoga classes , mobility stretching classes and of course my favourite the hundreds of strength weight training classes.

I have heard magic are considering aerobics and zumba classes which I would be excited to give a go so hopefully this happens.

I have also heard magic are aiming to make the mirror compatible to smart watches , are developing a phone app and the ability to connect your own music to workouts which is yet again a fabulous idea!

To make the mirror an all rounder I am hoping and praying that magic add spin bike classes as this is literally the only thing i miss about the gym! 🚴‍♀️🤞🙏

Thank you so much magic for a fantastic product! If in doubt please just order I can assure you it will be the best decision you make !

I waited 6 months to write this review, to be sure to be sure!
I was concerned it was too good to be true when I purchased and also that it would either become a subscription or never be updated. Happy to report that after 6 months, it regularly updates with great classes and there's no sign of it ever becoming a paid subscription! Get one they are great !

It arrive in good time, so easy to set up. I’m loving all the choices of exercises and now boxing too. I would love to see meditation options in the future. As well as the AI mirror I purchased the weights and they take up only a little space and again a great product being able to select different weights in one unit

This review is more about the delivery experience than the actual product. I ordered the mirror, bench, and weights over 3 months ago and still have not received my full order.

I was required to pay an additional $100 for “white glove” delivery service, which was incredibly disappointing. Not only did it delay delivery by several weeks because Ryder didn’t have any available delivery appointments — even though they already had my product — but when they finally arrived, they simply dropped the mirror in my living room and left. There was no unboxing, setup, or removal of packaging materials like advertised.

To make matters worse, my bench and weights were supposed to arrive in two days from now, but instead I received a call from the delivery company saying Magic AI had canceled my order and they would be returning the items instead of delivering them. Why? I have no idea, that's all the information that the delivery company had.

At this point, after waiting 3 months and dealing with multiple delivery issues, it’s hard to even be excited about the product anymore. I’d love to say I love the mirror itself, but the entire ordering and delivery process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After reading multiple other reviews with the same experience, I'd highly suggest passing on this product!!!

I’ve genuinely been loving my Magic AI Mirror so far. As someone constantly balancing work, travel, and trying to stay fit, it’s made working out feel so much easier and actually enjoyable again!! The mirror itself looks super sleek in the home, and I love that there are always new classes & updates being added, so it never feels repetitive. The workouts are easy to follow, motivating, and fit perfectly into busy days when I don’t have time to get to a gym. What really makes it stand out for me is how interactive it feels compared to normal workout Youtube videos. If you’re someone with a busy lifestyle who still wants to stay consistent with fitness, I’d definitely recommend Magic!

There are two seperate parts to this review, The mirror and the delivery.

Starting with the negative, delivery service was shocking, it took two weeks for the mirror to finally arrive. The fact you have to pay £50 delivery charge for this service is abysmal. Customer service wasnt particularly useful and judging from other reviews this appears to be the norm. So please bare in mind when you make an order that youl be facing a lengthy wait.

However upon actually receiving the mirror I will say its a really good product, its easy to set up and looks modern and sleek. Its definitely advisable that you have some adjustable dumbells and a bench, both of which you can purchase from Magic (there is cheaper alternatives elsewhere for pretty much the same product). The mirror tracks workouts reasonably well, I would say its about 90% accurate, which isnt bad at all! This isnt particularly cutting edge technology, but im not sure thats the reason to buy the mirror. Where I think people will see most benefit is the convenience, if like me, you hate having to travel to the gym this is perfect. I can get home from work and do a workout instantly, theres no thinking about what to do, you'll have plenty of workouts to choose from and you can actually get on doing them and it adds an almost video game like fun to doing them as you track your form and reps. I would 100% recommend the mirror based on current discounted price and free lifetime membership.

I love my Magic Mirror - it’s amazing! It’s still new to me so I’m trying different personal trainers and programmes. So easy to use - the gym is now in my living room but it’s a simple mirror when not in use. Super helpful staff when there were awkward delivery issues - all professionally resolved.

Easy ordering and delivery service. Mirror is excellent quality. There are so many instructors and exercise programmes choose from and I love that I could also create my own. No buffering. Easy to set up. Love my purchase. Would definitely recommend

When ordering in Europe it seems as your country's website. But be aware ! A warning comes with the insane delivery charges and 3 days becomes a month. The biggest shock with 580.71 euro's import duties. Please beware!
Update: 26/05/2026 I must say GREAT support from Magic Fit; They have refunded all the extra tax ! And made adjustments on the website. Super service.

Great bit of kit, saves me money and time with no compromise on my daily work out. Bonus is the extra profiles on mirror means the whole family benefits. The workouts are graded so you can start easy and build up. Have really enjoyed using the magic mirror so far.

The magic mirror is such a great product. My wife thought it was a waste of money and now she is using it more than me and feels every muscle being worked. From nearly a devoice to now loving and enjoying the mirror. It’s great fun and can go at your pace and gives you gentle reminders on your email. It’s so cool you will love it.

Easy to order & arrived swiftly. The one reason why I have rated a 4 instead of a 5 is that I went on the online chat to ask a couple of questions and didn't find them particularly helpful. This is a minor point in an otherwise very good service overall.
The product itself is very good quality. I really enjoy the variety of workouts and that you can choose length of time, body area (ie upper or lower body) and type (ie dance, yoga or weights). Minimal equipment required. It really does provide me with the flexibility I need.

From ordering to delivery was really easy. Installing the mirror was a bit tricky as I was trying to put it on a wall by myself. Its definitely a two person job but I love it. I havent used the bench very much but the mirror is terrific and combined with the weights it makes it a very enjoyable experience. I want to get fit and could never get excited about going to the gym so this takes care of what I need
