The site has really nice games, and it is a good-looking one, but when you want to withdraw your winnings it is simply impossible it seems...

Ensuite ils mettrons en avant une des nombreuses clauses abusives pour ne pas vous payer. Le but est que vous perdez tout entre temps comme ça ils n'ont pas à se justifier et vous continuerez a faire des dépôts alors qu'impossible a retirer.
Ensuite ils vont décortiquer votre compte, vos connexions, vos dépôts pour trouver un faille et ne pas vous payer. Ils mettrons en avant leur règlement et forcément il y aura quelquechose contre vous. Le problème est qu'il y a trop de possibilités pour ne pas vous payer.
Évitez vraiment ce casino qui ne tolère pas grand chose....

After the verification process took over a month, I was able to cash out the first one. Although they state that it takes 2 working days, it then took 1 week. The next withdrawal request was always set to "pending" and never executed.
When contacting support, they always tell you to send an email to Finance, because support has nothing to do with them. But there never came back a mail, let alone was then paid out.
After 2 months I have now given up and it was even cancelled my remaining money on the account. - Inquiry at the support, they say again I should contact Finance via mail. Of course they do not answer. I have written at least 15 mails, never received an answer...

This casino loves taking your money, but when it comes to paying out any winnings they close the door and make claims that you broke some weird rule in there T&C.

In my case they claimed I had received a bonus on my 7th deposit of the day, believe it or not, I did receive a bonus but on some of my first deposits of the day, and I didn't win anything on my deposits with bonuses, after each deposit, I went to check bonus page and I canceled any active bonus so there should be no problems.

On my 7th and last deposit of the day I did happen to win 1800€, that they refuse to payout, the rule they use is this one

"7.5 If a bonus has been claimed, the maximum bet allowed is €/CAD 7.5, over the entire game session relating to the deposit having benefited from the bonus (both real/bonus balances). This rule also applies to the free spins or bonus-games player can buy directly from a game since the amount of the purchase is considered as the amount of the bet."

First, I never received a bonus on my 7th and last deposit, they claim I got a 9 euro bonus and that I broke this rule and because of a 9 euro bonus they say that justify them to steal 1800€ not that I ever received a bonus, or ever made a bet higher than 7.5 with a bonus running.

That rule read it and read it again you won't see it on any other real casino trust me, its the craziest rule I've seen, if you do get a bonus and win and you clear wager and then play on and make a higher bet then 7.5€ you will break the rule even if your wager is done, which shouldn't be legal in my eyes, if you get a bonus and your done with your wager they money left in the account is yours to do as you wish, but not at this casino, they make rules like this for a single reason only and that's to steal as much money from customers as possible so be warned.

Make a search on the net and you will find more customers who have gotten there money stolen by this casino so be warned and find another trustworthy casino to put your money into and don't waste your time here where even if you win you lose.

I have asked them to send me proof of there claims witch has just gone ignored, I asked multiple times for them to send me my full betting history from the day in question and that has been ignored as well, inside your own casino account the bet history is very short so you can't look anything up your self, and there is no bonus list so you can see when you got the last bonus, all of this is hidden so they can use and say whatever they feel like to not pay out winnings.

It's a clear case of a scam casino, if you play there don't say you didn't get warned.

I asked them multiple times to provide proof and to give me my own betting history and this is there excuse not to give it to me.

"Due to security reasons, we will not provide you screenshots of our system"

There are plenty of screenshot programs out there that lets you frame the things you want a picture of making it very easy to take pictures of a betting history only, and they should also be able to export my history to an excel document that they can send like every other casino but ofc they can't do that since it would prove that they are in fact stealing peoples money.
