Shocking company/ Holiday Ruined
Shocking company - Legal action pending
Due to an awful experience with MagicBreaks where they ruined our holiday . Complaint was raised , but even when it was escalated to a Director called Karl Harrison he also couldn’t handle the complaint .
Legal proceedings have now commenced WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I gave the director multiple chances to reply and make this right but he failed so please do not lie further . My case has been taken on so we will see what happens next .

The MagicBreaks team ensures that special requests from customers for free of charge upgrades, such as the requests you made, are passed onto the destination owner. Ultimately it is at the discretion of the destination owner as to whether they can meet the request for those free of charge upgrades.
Where the occasion is a very special one then our team will always recommend to customers that they add their requested upgrades to their paid booking so those upgrades are guaranteed to be provided by the destination owner.
On this occasion the destination owner, Disneyland Paris, was not able to offer you the free of charge upgrades you requested and we can understand your frustration. However, the fault does not lie with MagicBreaks and you chose to publish your feedback here before allowing our director the opportunity to discuss the issue with you.
Once again, we are sorry that you feel frustrated by the decision of Disneyland Paris in this instance.

Always hesitant about using these services as you want to make sure its legit BUT, I was really happy with the service and support I have received
Arranging a trip to Disneyland Paris , I was given all the support, information and guidance I needed.
A lovely lady called Cheryl was bombarded by lots or questions I had to ensure I got everything I needed. Would recommend Magic Breaks as I have received a little more than I expected so very happy

We’ve just booked our second Disney…
We’ve just booked our second Disney trip with Magic Breaks – this time to Florida – and I wanted to give a special mention to Krista for her outstanding customer service.
Planning a Disney Florida holiday can be overwhelming with so much information to take in, but Krista made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She kept in touch throughout, answered all of our questions promptly, and was genuinely excited for us as our plans came together.
Nothing was too much trouble, and her knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism gave us complete confidence in our booking.

Great experience
Corresponding with Cheryl was really easy, she was incredibly helpful and quick to reply. I am based in Australia and we don’t have a service like this access Disney deals that are only available in the UK, so Magic Breaks bridged that gap in a stress free way- the process was super simple. Highly recommend.

Disappointment and Anger and Warning to others
After making a booking with Magic Breaks I can honestly say it was a horrific experience and spoiled what was supposed to be a happy special occasion . The staff including Natalia failed to deliver an efficient service. Legal action is commercing and i would strongly recommend NEVER to use this company again .
I have never felt so let down by a company and again strongly recommend not to use them .

I am already in contact with the complaints team before I commmece legal action , you have devastated and ruined my partner 40th birthday and will be held accountable
