Worst experience I have ever had. Clothes took a more than a month to come!!!
Kept trying to contact them to no avail.
When it finally came they had given me completely different clothes to the one I ordered asked them for a change they had the gall to make me pay for the returns even though it's there fault.
Avoid this brand at all costs to save yourself the headache.

Fast shipping times and the material of the tracksuits are amazing!

Order placed on 2 December 2025 for a waterproof track jacket (order #03944). Payment was taken immediately, and the confirmation email stated that tracking details would be sent shortly.

Nearly three weeks later, I have received no dispatch confirmation, no tracking information, and no clear answer as to whether the item has even been sent.

I contacted the company multiple times and was met only with generic, copy-and-paste responses about Black Friday delays, none of which addressed my actual questions. When I escalated the issue formally and requested either proof of dispatch or a refund, I received no response at all.

This item was purchased as a Christmas gift, and the complete lack of communication caused significant stress and disappointment. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers and failing to provide basic order updates after taking payment is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering, especially if you need an item by a specific date.

Ordered on November 28th, hoping it would arrive the following week. It didn’t, I received it today, January 13th, after 6.5 weeks. Customer service was disappointing and repeatedly made promises such as: “We will send it out as soon as possible, you are our number one priority,” Eventually, their responses became rude and unprofessional, making it seem like I was being blamed for asking about my delayed order.
I also paid €20 for shipping, and it didn’t even cover the Brexit taxes, so I ended up paying €45 in shipping costs alone.Overall, a very poor experience. Unless things change, I would not order here again.

Ordered a jacket as a Christmas present on 28th Nov. It arrived today 12th Jan. Never ordering from this company again. Very poor communication from them regarding progress on the delivery schedule.

Bought a jacket, which had a faulty zip. Had to pay to return the item and have not received a refund.

Just like everyone else order never received. Ordered in a hurry on December 6 and didn’t read reviews. Big mistake. Really can’t afford to loose this money. What a scam! Has anyone out there ever received what they ordered and it arrive in good order. No positive reviews at all.

Placed an order on 17/12/25 still haven’t received it . I have asked for a refund , and have received a generic email saying they have delays in issuing the orders . Will have to go through my credit card for a refund . I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Honestly the most awful useless business, as I’m writing this it has been over 5 weeks since I ordered a tracksuit, I was not told there would be shipping delays nor was I updated about where my order was. I had to reach out to them countless times repeatedly asking for a refund to which they avoided and told me they were experiencing delays and I had accepted the terms and conditions of “no refunds”. However you are allowed a refund if there is a problem on their side and the delays were there problem however still gave me no refund. I am currently in the process of going through my bank to get my money back. So disappointed and annoyed at this company!

Didn’t read reviews before ordering as it was a link for a gift someone wanted. No item and I have emailed many times stating my rights to cancel under consumer act 2015. Have started a charge back with my credit card. Beware. Scam

I ordered something for a lot of money but it Never Got shipped. They Wanted me to pay a lot extra for it to Come and still they didnt ship it. It had been 2 months Now and I Never Got my stuff or heard from then. DONT ORDER

Ordered some clothes about 4 weeks ago. I payed £6 extra for quick shipping in which it said it would take 5-10 business days but we are clearly past that point. I tried to contact them on numerous occasions and haven’t got a single response despite the given email literally being called “contact us”.

Definitely do not order. I ordered maternity pants for my girls. They’re both pregnant and do a month apart. They are both very tiny and small red the sizing chart and ordered the size accordingly the pants are so small. My extra small daughter could not get her leg in a small, the sizing is way off! By the time I would get a new pair because that’s all they would offer is to send a new pair, my daughter won’t need them anymore. They refuse to refund unless I pay for fees and shipping which adds up to be more than what they’re worth! I am not one to give bad reviews usually but please do not waste your money very bad product and customer service!

Ordered first time received a hoodie with a broken and dodgy zip. I’ve tried repairing myself to no success. Upon second time of ordering received wrong products and when told about this have received no communication. It’s been goin on for a month and also took a month for the item to be shipped both times. Don’t waste ur time or money.

Ordered on their website, been a week still no sign of it being shipped, if I could give these guys a 0 star I would.
