I’m writing an update on my review. After speaking with their third-party agent for a considerable amount of time, they finally instructed me to email woolenmaker directly. This agent was incredibly understanding and promptly issued the refund.

Initially, I had a hard time with the refund process, but Woolen Maker fixed it when I emailed them directly. Unfortunately, the pants never arrived, so I can’t review that. However, if you ever do get something from them, skip the bot and talk to them directly.

Bought 2 things here. Pants like a years ago still in great great shape. I get compliments on it all the time because of how good the quality is and the overall look. Just bought a hoodie a couple weeks ago and it came in the mail and is again good quality.

Scam!!!!! I ordered two items and only one came. They claim both arrived and won’t refund the money. Buyer beware!!!!!

Ordered something a month and a half before Christmas and it arrived a month and a half after Christmas. Terrible customer service too.

Great experience didn’t take long at all to ship and deliver and the quality is insane supper good and amazing.

The ordered items were never received. I contacted the merchant and this is the response I received:
Because you have purchased the worry-free service insurance, you can follow the steps I provided above to claim for the delayed package.
The site encourages the customer to purchase the insurance, but then the merchant does NOT send the product.

I ordered on 12/17 and didn’t receive my package until 1/20. It sat in Chicago for more than three weeks with zero movement. I paid for shipping insurance and tried multiple times to file a claim, which went absolutely nowhere.

Magically, the package was delivered only after I filed a dispute with my bank. Draw your own conclusions.

Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the “insurance” I paid for was worthless when I actually needed it. If you’re going to charge extra for peace of mind, you should probably provide some.

To add insult to injury, I ordered the exact same double-waisted sweatpants from Amazon and had them in three days with the same quality. Same product, faster delivery, better experience.

This was my first and last order with Woolenmaker. If you value your time, your money, or basic customer support, shop elsewhere.

Order arrived on time for Xmas and my son loved his pants!

Woolenmaker its a scam! Do not buy from them. We never got our order, although it says it was delivered. There’s no customer service you not going to talk to person it’s all AI.

Purchased 4 items on December 4. The tracking information only says "Processing". Yesterday (December 21) I finally decided to email the company to ask when I can expect these items, and received a single word response, "tomorrow." I checked the status this morning and it now shows as "Shipped" but if I click the link it actually shows as "Pending carrier pickup."
Avoid this company.

The quality is amazing and it fits well but it took a while for it to come

Terrible, scam company. Sold me a hoodie, charged me for it. I waited 10 days and messaged to ask for an update as my order had still not been processed only to receive a one line response telling me that the item wasn’t in stock. No solution, no apology, nothing. Avoid at all cost!!!

They said the were 40 but charged £150 total scam

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item that my grandson wanted for Christmas nine days ago. Not only have a knot item, but the only information I’ll see when I try to track. My order is that it has not been shipped yet. I cannot get any response from the company. I would have to say, after my first experience with them, to avoid this company.

The quality is very good. Delivery time was reasonable.

Do not recommend,I made an order from woolen maker And I put in the instructions to put it infront of my door it was delivered in the lobby which is an easy target to be stolen this is why i mentioned that it should be put infront of my door . I contacted them that i didn’t receive it they emailed me with the picture of the order only and nothing else , one mistake like not following the instructions cost me money and losing my order.

The shipping was fast, arrived on expected date. Their scimitar sweats are an absolute need. They are very soft and cozy on the inside. They hold their shape at the bottom end. Overall, I have a good image of this brand. (Stitching is not perfect but for the price it’s worth it)
