Poor experience the size I ordered was to small and they will not do an exchange will not be ordering from them ever again 😡

I had ordered on the 30th of December and it’s now 6th January with no update of where my items are. Most likely they have just scammed me out of my money… Don’t buy from here.

Zero response when trying to reach customer service and impossible to return/exchange. AVOID

DO NOT PURCHASE from STARRED!!
Seems like a scam run by an individual out of a basement or something:
1. Wrong size received
2. They don’t respond to support emails, have to send several and finally respond
3. They allow no size exchanges or refunds even on unused products with wrong sizes.

Watch out - they send the wrong sizes (ordered a 34, they sent XL) and they do not take returns or respond to emails.

Most of or all clothes are drop shipped, shipping takes a long time, or doesn't show.

Item was not delivered. Claim wrong address. Mean while they have block shipping details on their site. Awaiting my refund. Very difficult to interact with customer service. Send emails and no response.

I had a terrible experience with Starred.us. My jeans took over a month to arrive with no updates or communication. I then purchased elsewhere and returned the item but they refused to refund the return shipping even though the delay was 100% their fault, claiming it was their policy. After multiple follow-ups, they stopped responding completely just ignored me. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Their customer service was very bad.

I ordered one pair of jeans specifically the blue distressed ones. They only took about 4 days to get to my house and the jeans were amazing. The only thing that's a little weird is the sizes but that's no problem at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with Starred US. I ordered two pairs of jeans and paid in full, but the package supposedly never arrived at their warehouse. Despite this not being my responsibility, I received neither the products nor a proper refund or usable store credit.

Customer support initially responded but eventually stopped replying when I asked for help using the store credit they claimed to have issued. I now feel completely scammed and will be seeking legal advice if this isn’t resolved.

I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

These jeans are 100% from china and are very poor quality. 27% polyester jeans. very false advertisement 100% dropped shipped. said they would be shipped within a week after purchase, which they weren’t it took almost a month to get here. website is very misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE FOR GOOD QUALITY JEANS!!!
