Poor quality jewelry, one of the pieces tarnished in two uses, it’s not worth the money at all … don’t buy from them.

Antwoord van MaiaMina
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your message, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery.
While we’re glad to hear your package has now arrived, we understand your frustration, especially since you had upgraded to expedited shipping. Unfortunately, due to Typhoon Ragasa, which severely impacted operations in the Hong Kong region, local logistics were temporarily suspended, leading to delays beyond our control.
We deeply regret that this unexpected situation caused your delivery to arrive later than promised. Please rest assured that your feedback is extremely important to us, and we are actively working with our logistics partners to improve contingency measures for such rare occurrences in the future.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If there’s anything more we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Warm regards,
MaiaMina Customer Care Team
Excellent Customer Service & Good Craftsmanship
I recently purchased this bracelet and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The craftsmanship is beautiful—every detail is well-made, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It looks elegant and feels sturdy, yet comfortable to wear every day.
What truly impressed me was the customer service. The team was incredibly responsive and friendly, keeping me updated throughout the process and ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to find both high-quality products and genuine customer care these days, and this company truly delivers both.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a thoughtful gift or a timeless piece to add to their own collection!

The products are very beautiful and the delivery is fast. But most importantly, I like the theme, be your own Muse. I think this is a kind of inner strength that women give themselves, conveying a sense of firmness and belief in life through the jewelry they like.
