I’ve bought 2 necklaces from Helas in 2023 and wear them everyday. I love how elegant the pearls look and how I can wear them with everything. One of my necklaces I purchased was the Akoya Saltwater Pearl 18K White Gold Balance Beam Diamond Necklace. I can make it a choker or wear it long with the pearl dangling at whatever length I choose. The other necklace I purchased was the Custom Letter Mother-of-Pearl Initial Necklace. I always get so many compliments wearing both and have recommended Helas to so many. 2 years of wearing these necklaces everyday and they still make me smile at how beautiful they are.

The pieces are beautiful and great quality, ones that I look forward to passing to my daughters in the future. The jewellery boxes they come in are so nice that I use them for travel too!

I bought a pair of earrings and a necklace, the necklace was customer made, but has flaw on it. I was asked to send a picture first, then I was told that pearl pieces without diamond were AAA-, and the marking/dent was normal, this information was not provided on its website. I offered to pay 15% of the cost of the necklace to return it, and I requested to return the earrings and I asked for a return shipping label, but I’ve not received a response, and I’m worried after reading other reviews on how difficult the return process can be.

This is my fourth or fifth purchase, and the service and products are consistently excellent.
