The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever!
I bought a premium Akoya necklace with them and received one with at least two flaws on it. One of the flaw can be easily see when wear the necklace. When I try to contact the customer service for a return or exchange, they replied me fast and try to convince we to keep the jewelry since they said nature things always have imperfect and it’s still 1% of the line. They try to confuse the customers with their own words and make us to accept the flaws. Even call it the “Unique”. And also they try to return me $100 to accept this “unique necklace”. When I insist for the return, and replied me with the return label after two days keep asking them from email. But the MOST UNTRUSTED PART of the whole thing is that they send me an invoice of the price of the necklace $20 shown on it and want me to put the wrong invoice with that return. When I asked them to explain the reason of doing so by two days, three emails, nothing hearing back from their customer service anymore. This is not a trustee brand and they have the worst customer service ever in my online shopping experience. AVOID HELAS and pick another place to buy!

We completely understand that perceptions of flawlessness can vary from person to person. The uniqueness of each naturally formed round pearl does indeed set it apart from artificially perfect, non-round, or man-made pearls. Taking your feedback seriously, we have conducted an internal review and refined our pearl selection process to ensure even greater attention to the surface quality of our pearls.
We respect your decision whether to return or keep the necklace and genuinely want what is best for you. I have been advocating for your request for an additional $200 refund, which takes time to secure approval, and I regret not being able to give you an immediate response.
Regarding the return label, it was promptly provided to facilitate your return without any risk or shipping cost on your part. The US$20 declared value on the shipping invoice is for customs purposes only, to ensure seamless clearance – this is the same procedure we used to send the item to you initially. We aim to spare our customers from costly import duties by declaring a lower value. This does not affect your eligibility for a full refund upon we have receipt of the returned item. It is solely for shipping convenience, and I apologize deeply for any misunderstanding this may have caused.
The delay in our customer service response was due to a national statutory holiday here, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. At HELAS, we uphold a humanitarian spirit and do not require our staff to work during holidays. I assure you that upon returning to work, your concerns were our top priority and pledge that our customer service will be responsive and timely under normal circumstances.
Please accept our apologies, and know that your satisfaction is paramount to us. We are committed to improving our service every day and hope for the opportunity to restore your faith in our brand.

Smaller than the ad photos
I received my product yesterday. It is very fine and smaller than the ad to the point I am scared to touch it. The earring back also has faulty; too small for the pin and can’t take it off easily. The ad says it is a luxury brand, however, it is far from luxury brands.
The delivery time was good.
The design is as the ad.
I won’t recommend this brand.
