Terrible customer service
My first order was placed for 2 items, both of them are beautiful but one doesn’t go with me well. So I emailed the customer service if I order another item, can they offer me a free return. I got an INSTANT reply of yes, then after I placed the second order and chased for the returning label three times, still no response. I would say if you are not certain you will keep the jewelry, don’t order with them, they in general don’t offer hustle free return and very poor customer service.

Avoid to buy from this company when you can
Waited almost three weeks for for them to ship the necklace. They could have mentioned on their website or in the confirmation email that because they ship from China and shipment will be delayed because of Chinese New Year.
After the necklace finally came, it has a noticeable flaw. I requested an exchange and was asked to send them photos for review. They admitted the flaw but told me all the stocks they have had flaws and they would need time to see if they could produce a better one. What a joke! This is definitely NOT what they advertised that they only use top 1% of saltwater pearls.
Please avoid this company if you haven’t ordered.

Kindly note that a high-quality pearl needs to grow in the oyster for at least 2-3 years before the core can be covered with a thick enough nacre layer to make it with lasting beauty. But during growth, there are many factors within the mother oyster can affect the pearl's final appearance. And the longer the pearl is in the oyster, the greater the probability of adverse effects, which will eventually be reflected in the perfection of shape and surface.
Besides, the luster of pearls is the soul of pearls, which can best reflect the charm of pearl jewelry, and tiny flaws need to be seen very close. Therefore, we will give priority to selecting pearls with strong luster.
