Mainspring Watches UK ltd Reviews

Sold my grand seiko watch to Mainspring, a very good experience with good communication and speedy service.
The whole process only took a few days and money transferred the same day the watch was checked over for authenticity.
Very happy to recommend there service

This was the first time I had sold a watch before and Mainspring watches couldn't have made it more accommodating. I was nervous about posting my watch for inspection, so I drove to do it in person. On meeting the faces behind the name, I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving the watch with them to inspect.

The watch I was selling needed a service which affected the price they could offer me for it, but they took the trouble to call me yesterday (a week on from our business concluding) to say that the service cost less than they expected and paid me a further £80!!

Genuinely good people providing an honest and professional service. Wouldn't think twice about working with them again.

Thank you Mainspring Watches!

Great company, Honest and very knowledgeable. These are my go to guys if I need to Buy or source myself a watch.
Thanks Mainspring for yet again another great transaction!

My first watch purchase from Mainspring Watches, but I would certainly use them again. Fair pricing, great product, and friendly service.

Thanks again!

Excellent customer service. Purchased a Tudor Heritage Black Bay. Tristan and Jay have a great knowledge base and many years experience between them in high end luxury timepieces. Secure and insured delivery. Highly recommended.

Perfection takes a particular level of diligence and the guys at Mainspring truly nailed it for me!
The service I received throughout from them has been second to none!
I couldn’t have asked for any more and made the acquisition of my first Breitling truly special which to me means a lot in the whole experience and ownership of a watch like these.
Keep up the level of service guys because from my experience with you, it stands you out from the rest
I absolutely recommend Mainspring and hope to buy again from them in the future.
Here’s wishing Mainspring continued success with their business and thank you once more for everything.

I was looking to sell my Tudor watch, with not selling a watch over the internet before always done F2F sales, I was a little nervous. Tristan from Mainspring Watches was great to speak to always responsive even late in the evenings, made things easy from start to finish of selling the watch and explained the whole process, from start to finish of the process was 2/3 days and am very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Tristan (Mainspring Watches) to anyone looking to sell or buy watches!

Bought a delugs green strap for my Oyster Perpetual, delivery was quick and service from Tristan was great. Would buy from them again if I’m looking for another strap or watch.

Fair and honest prices, great customer service and communication.

I purchased a lovely Speedmaster MK40 from Jay and Tristan via their eBay store. I’d had my eye out for this particular watch for a while so I was pleased when such a great example was listed by Mainspring. Communication was excellent as I had a few questions about the watch, but these were answered promptly and honestly. Delivery was very quick and the overall experience was a pleasure. Thanks guys!
