made an order (5103607) and they sent it the wrong size and printed in mirror. They sent a replacement, also the wrong size.

I reported this and they offer to send me strips of coir to make up the difference and cut myself with a stanley knife. This is not what I expected, as I paid for a bespoke sized mat which should have fit exactly, not to be sent an incorrectly sized matt (twice) and then offered strips of coir to make up the difference.

the strips of coir were never sent to me (been waiting a month now) so hence the 1 star review. All I received from this shoddy company was incorrectly sized matts.

If you can't make things to measure, then dont advertise it as such or allow customers to specify dimensions if you are incapable of sending the matt at the requested dimensions.

Looks great, finishes off our room beautifully. Arrived in great time too. Really happy with this service.

I put in an order online. The next day a member of staff politely contacted me to confirm payment & delivery details. Two made-to-measure mats arrived within a couple of days. Could not have been easier.

It was perfect to have a customized mat for my entrance. It looks great and has a softer look than the 'usual' brown choir mat. Very pleased.
