Quality service and product. This company clearly takes its business seriously - double-checked to make sure my dimensions were correct, really prompt delivery and comprehensive care instructions provided with my coir mat.

I bought some coir mats supplied and cut to the size I requested. I am very pleased with the product and for the speedy service provided. All was as I expected.

Communication prior to delivery was sparse.
However the product itself is excellent

Ordered two Royal Rectangular Outdoor Rubber Doormats. Online ordering process was easy. There was good communication from the company and from its delivery partner company keeping me informed regarding the status of my order. Delivery was quick.

The Doormat is exactly as it appears on the website - nice design, good size, seems good quality and looks good in situ. Very pleased with my purchase.

Very impressed with this company! Firstly the product is exactly as described, and a reasonable price. Secondly, it was cut to custom size and delivered rapidly (order placed Friday afternoon & item delivered midday Monday!). Thirdly and most importantly, the customer service is top notch. I had requested an unusual size, so I had an email and then a phone call from the very polite people at 'Make an Entrance' to double check my measurement before cutting to size.

Most helpful in giving advice about measuring up before ordering. The mat was to go into a well, surrounded by rather uneven, old slate flags. We are delighted with the beautifully made, one off mat which solves a tricky problem!

Ordered two mats at the beginning of May and quickly received email from delivery service that they had received notification of my order. Towards the middle of the month I contacted Customer Services having received nothing pertaining to my order. I was told that there had been problems (apparently I should have received a email re this), but that the mats would be sent by business class at no extra cost within a couple of days. No mats arrived. Following a further telephone call, compensation was offered and the mats arrived on the 30th May.

I am of the view that the overall service offered is somewhat chaotic but have to acknowledge that the mats are of good quality and well made.

We have used this company a number of times and been delighted with the quality of the product, the accuracy of the dimensions (essential when fitting a a recess in the floor) and the speed of delivery.
Just a bit irritated by the bombardment of e-mails from DHL advising on progress of delivery. All a bit unnecessary.

These are excellent mats, we ordered 4 of different sizes, all high quality. Furthermore the customer service from 'O' was really appreciated as he was particularly helpful & gave good advice.

However very frustrating, the contract you have with the courier is disappointing & dismal, the mats were collected on the Friday & sat in DHLs depot until Tuesday - 4 days wait... OK it was a Bank Holiday but Evri, Yodel, Amazon didn't stop delivering... needs addressing.

Furthermore the plastic packaging was torn & partially open, so very poor packing, - also the clown who packed them, 'tied' each one round with selotape, I now have 4 mats with lines of sticky residue from the tape & it's not easy to remove - which I shouldn't have to.

Summing up, great high quality mats, great customer service, extremely poor packaging & choice courier service...

We ordered a 30mm deep mat to fit a purpose made mat well. The well is the width of the door and tapers along one edge, so we sent a template in for the mat to be sized against. It fits perfectly and looks great.
There was an error during the processing, but when I contacted customer services they listened carefully to my request, provided a clear explanation of what to do next and resolved the issue speedily and with no fuss. An example plenty of other customer service teams could learn a lot from. Will definitely come back to MAE for our next order.

Classy whipping (for the edges) and most importantly, no rubber backing so the whole mat ‘breathes’ (as indeed does the surface beneath).

Really good quality doormat cut to size to fit a sunken recess. Will definitely be buying another one in the near future for another doorway once it is completed.
