One month on the app and not a sing Job.. it might be a real thing but i believe they are using the platform to get subscribers and only few jobs. I’ve tried with more than 50% les on their prices and … Not a single person has come back to me. I believe is a waste of money.

Put me in contact with car transporters who then removed (air tagged) items from my car.

No vetting of their agents is actually done so avoid at all cost and deal directly with operators rather then 3rd party sites.

I have lost a lot of money using this service and there seems to be no way of contacting them, possibly because of the above

Absolute s—t took my money logged me out of my account then told me I didn’t have a subscription wasted 200 hundred pounds never get any jobs time u look on there 1 second passes 12 people have viewed the job and scrap cars people want same price as what u would find on auto trader cant make no money on there useless

Have needed my car towing from one garage to another garage. Adeel recovery in Leicester was an absolute gent, and provided a great service.

So far no show for simmy, not answering my calls or messages after agreeing to the job, you need to vet these people, total time waster, untrustworthy and totally dishonest!

They want a price of £150 a month but I don't know the guys charge half the price on the website, the prices posted by makemybusy are ok, yes, because of the customers and the guys undercutting the prices, you won't be able to make money from the app

This app used to be good, now it’s just full of riff raff offering the customer £10 more than you have to steal the appointment and then either not showing up or take the car from them and either don’t pay them or don’t do the change of ownership, very lucky to get one job per month now for the money you pay out for it it’s not good, most of the customers numbers don’t work, sketchy behaviour if you ask me from this app

Arranged recovery for next day at 13h00 with an Alexandu Popa. No arrival, with calls and messages ignored until around 14h00, to hear the gem “at the hospital with my daughter”
If it was me I would have let the client know, or at least answered my phone….
Suppose it was too much to ask…

Logged a car recovery request, received a call from "Zafferk"(07523896305). Agreed a price and a maximum wait time of 2hrs before collection. Called them after 2hrs for an update and they declined my calls and ignored my voicemail & texts. Even gave them an option to just let me know that they couldn't make it, but they were too dishonourable to even reply. Lazy

Waiste of time and money, it's either wrong number or you never get a reply.

And in response to the comment - might I suggest an authentication text as is common with most services now? Rather than risk someone getting back to back calls and texts. Had I not been able to find the number, I'd still be getting spammed now

I needed towing from NEC to Stratford upon Avon on a Sunday, and was worried that I wouldn't find anyone to do this given the extremely heavy motorway traffic. Iulian gave a really low quote and met there within an hour. He was extremely helpful and even pushed the car into a safe spot some 150 yards away for me when we reached the destination. Excellent communication and a really kind guys- would 100% recommend

We had driver Sean Wiggins from Rochdale collect the car from Manchester and drop off in north Wales. Amazing guy. Extremely professional and so helpful.

Subscribed £120 amonth as a transporter but hardly get any work People never answer and I try to call.them straight away . You Should pay for subscription for each job You have Completed. Not Recommend

Discrace takes money and runs no. Way of contacting them

Absolute waste of time. Booked car transport with “Liya” they didn’t turn up. As soon as I had paid the requested deposit they stopped answering phone, and repeatedly hung up m and “can’t hear you” or promised transporter would turn up in just a few minutes.
