from the start we had a very good feeling it would go well
from the start we had a very good interaction with the expert. i had a phone call and then a zoom. we passed each other information that would make the process easy and quick. we then had another zoom with my wife attending. very good, the survey was very in depth with lots of interaction between us to find the right place for the equipment. the scaffold went up, the solar equipment, arrived, two days later the install started. it took three days in total even in the rain. the install team were great, the back up team were also on the ball checking with us that all was well, and making sure things arrived and after the the install the leftovers went away. all in all we are very happy, in fact i think i have found space for some more panels and that means i will need another battery, I will be in touch in the new year. thank you all. derek

Overall the install went very well
Overall the install went very well and they kept to the timescales. The only issues were the payment schedule was different to the one in their documentation and an issue with the fuse box was not highlighted at the survey. Having an old fuse box stopped the house backup working seamlessly

PV installation for a building conversion in York
Compared with a local competitor MMHG were very proactive during the design process in offering suggestions and solutions based on their experience and interpretations of my requirements.
The equipment quality is first class value for money and carried out by a careful installation team that worked in collaboration with the builders electrical contractor.

The communications setup worked brilliantly…
The communications setup worked brilliantly and on time, most appreciated.
Leoni is the type of person you can easily have a conversation with and we quickly came to discuss what I believe is the right solution for my situation. Being a rather simple situation (battery only) makes it price sensitive and MakeMyHouse Green was not the cheapest, but maybe the best. I will study the proposal in more detail and make a decision.

Very good experience…
I was approached by the company when they were making a local sales drive. Throughout the sales and installation process things worked very smoothly and they communicated very well, responding swiftly to all my queries. Price very competitve once the discount for sales in the locality applied. It's been a month now and all working well - just waiting for more sunshine!
