Excellent service so far….
Leonie has been fantastic, very straightforward and open and honest. She has given us all the relevant information no bells and whistles just all things we should consider, in a very clear understandable way with follow up emails. Leonie is very knowledgeable and can go into the deep technical stuff if you wish. She has a wonderful friendly approach but very professional, we have felt very safe in her hands, we now look forward to the next stages of getting our system installed.

Great communication from start to…
Great communication from start to finish. Install team checked various things as we went through, & explained what was going where. They cleared away all packaging & left everything very neat & tidy. The team helped us with the Apps & ensured we were logged in & monitoring our kit before they left. Follow up calls from the team have ensured we have everything we need. Very happy with the whole thing.

Informative, engaging & easy to understand
It was refreshing to be given very clear & informative info without a hint of an overpromising sales pitch. Although disappointed it wasn't viable to proceed, getting an agreement on this, rather than being pushed into proceding was much appreciated.

Overall view of the ordering and installation
The initial meetings to get the right configuration and battery etc went very well. However, after that and before fitting it was very difficult to get any response or answers to questions, which did give me some concern that everything would be followed through on time. All deliveries and fitting dates were on time and all the fitting teams did a great job.

I contacted MMHG to express interest in a Solar Panel installation and setup.
Although my property, in the end, was deemed unsuitable, the advice, pre sales and follow up were exemplary and Bobbie was a great individual to engage with - no hard sell and open, honest guidance.
I would recommend MMHG to anyone looking for support with their Solar plans

From first contact to install took about 7 months
From first contact to install took a while as I needed roof repairs done first but no pressure to complete.
Several good meetings with Fin to get the right configuration on the house and flat garage roof to keep the cost down. Settled on 15 panels with a 10kw battery. Overall process explained clearly with emails and good contact maintained throughout.
One panel had small crack in corner but a new one was delivered within a few days and did not stop the install which was up and running in 1 1/2 days.
Install team were great and cheerfully just got on with it.
Savings have been good, (est £4 a day) powering the house and charging the car with excess to spare. Winter will be a bigger test but will still save money which was my main driver to have solar

Easy Process
Good advice, easy to understand and transparent process. Were able to overcome limitations due to architecture. Team always available during process. Wasn't entirely prepared for size and weight of delivery of hardware. Need two people and space! Installation team very good and personable. However, scaffolding team let them down. Multiple visits and cancellations due to incomplete set up. Needed 4 separate days to put up and then down. Scaffolding up about 3 weeks for installation that took one day. Very happy with the result however. Paperwork confusing. Wasn't clear what was needed to change tariff - was expecting single document - but in the end, new energy supplier helped. You need multiple documents!

2 Stage Installation handled perfectly
Great experience over all and very happy with the installation. I had just had a loft conversion done and with the scaffolding in place, I took advantage to have the solar panels installed before the scaffolding came down.
This ended up being a 2 stage install as the location for the inverter and battery unit was not completed when the panels went in. MMHG handled that without a problem.
I've been very happy with the performance of the panels, battery and app.

Very happy so far. All the team we have dealt with have been very helpful, no hard sell, clear communication every step of the way. Already notice daily consumption charges down with all the sunny days in last 3 weeks.
Highly recommend MMHG very professional and gave us confidence when embarking on our first solar project.
