Good instruction, communication with good business ethics, MashAllah.

Some minor delays around pick ups which can be reduced thru better guidance by management to the drivers.

Drivers were professional & polite.

I booked a few months in advance of my travel and nearer the time decided to use the train (Makkah to Medina) which M2M were happy to accommodate.
The communication was excellent all the way throughout and the taxis showed up on time at all locations.
The journey was as follows:
Jeddah to Makkah hotel
Makkah hotel to train station
Medina station to Medina hotel
Medina hotel to airport.
Overall M2M made the journey headache free and it meant we had one less thing to organise while doing our Umrah.
I would use again if I went with family.

Amazing service and communication between Haider Bhai and his drivers. Always punctual and responded within seconds to any questions we had. We used their services in Makkah and madina and for ziyarah as well and they did not fail to impress. Great service overall will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Alhumdulilah great experience using Makkah to madina transfer service...... I was abit reluctant at first as it was my first time using the service but brother was very professional. Advised I don't pay anything until I come back to the UK.
Transfer drivers were on time and very professional. Definitely will be using them again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

The m2m is the best company for transport at makkah and madinah honestly so helpful. We did 2 trips last minute which was done stress free. The communication through the whole process was amazing nothing made difficult for a good price.

After researching various transport company I found Makkah 2 Medina. The service organised by Brother Haider was exceptional. All drivers were very professional and kind, very comfortable and clean Cars. From picking up to Madina Airport to Madina ziyrats, Medina to Makkah and Makkah Ziyrats to Jeddah Airport. Everything was done very professionally. Brother HAMMAD for Makkah Ziyarats he's the best tour guide.

A fantastic and professional service.. used for transfer from jeddah to medina and jeddah to airport. The whole process was seamless and without any problems. Easy communication with fast responses through watsapp. Haider was keen to ensure the service was good and asked feedback about drivers. He even sent photos on where to meet the driver! Prices were very competitive. Will definitely use again.
