Visited mallards today with my mum, we have been many a time previously and will continue to as they are absolutely fantastic.Emma was amazing today, as all have been on our previous visits. Nothing is too much trouble, they are incredibly knowledgeable and their jewellery and repair work is second to none! We will continue to return for many years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone who would like to visit!

I have recently bought a watch from the Peterborough store. The service from Paul, Sarah and all the staff is as always excellent. I have previously bought watches and jewellery from this store and because of the professional, friendly and honest service I wouldn't go anywhere else. My wife and I went to buy a watch at the Nottingham branch and were taken care of by Judith. She was polite and pleasant to deal with and made the experience very easy. She is a credit to the company.

On our recent visit to the Mallards store in Ilford, we were served by such a helpful, friendly, kind and approachable team!!! I was purchasing an emerald ring for my mum’s 60th birthday and they were really patient and obliging in checking out the stock in other Mallards stores and explaining that they could ship over a ring from the Romford branch. We were served by both Lavinia and Amy who were ever so friendly and attentive, definitely service with a smile!!! We cannot emphasise enough how pleased we were with our purchase and the excellent service that we received!!! We will definitely always make sure that we visit the Ilford Mallards store in future!!! Highly recommend!!!

We were looking for a Premium used watch for my wife and paid a visit to the Peterborough store where we found a nice selection of pre owned Rolex and other brand premium watches my wife looked at three different styles and Rachel was very helpful and patient while my wife tried on the watches she gave us all the information on all the watches and wasn’t pushy or rushed us we left the store to have a coffee and chat about the purchase we then returned to re try two models my wife liked and Rachel pointed out the pros and cons and we came to a final decision it was nice to get old fashioned style service relaxed and informative many thanks.

Staff in Peterborough very pleasant.. served by Rachel who was friendly, offered knowledgeable advice and very helpful. We bought a pre owned chain and part exchanged an old one. Prices were good. Will visit again

Having very recently lost my mum I wanted to be able to wear one of her rings but it needed resizing. I was very apprehensive at leaving such a sentimental piece and was worried that the same would be damaged when cutting and / or you would be able to see the join. I expressed my worries to the ladies in store who immediately put my mind at rest and measured me saying they would take good care of mum's ring. They called me within 5 days to say it was ready, and on collecting I cried at how perfect it was, both in terms of the fit and the fact that you would never have known it had been cut. It was lovely and clean too. They were so kind to me as I was very upset when trying it on. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone needed alterations of jewelry. 10/10

I requested a valuation on my ring, due to a misunderstanding on my part, I was a little disappointed with what I ended up with. Joy and Emma were fantastic throughout the purchase making sure customer satisfaction was achieved. I would definitely purchase from them again and am already looking.

Wanted something specific, walked into Nottingham city centre after a bit of google searching - Breitling in the window of the shop - exactly what I was after. Went inside, warmly welcomed by Judith - asked to try the watch on. Went into a lovely private room away from prying eyes - Judith very knowledgeable about the brand and the item specifically - tried on, bought - will most certainly put more business through this lovely shop. Judith was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, cannot recommend highly enough.
