Excellent communications, transparency and follow-up. I've now placed my fourth consecutive order with MallardMed and thankful to have a trustworthy connection for ordering health products. Anytime I've had a question or seeking updates, I've been provided responses within minutes.
Delivery was quick on the first two orders and the second one arrived within 10 days - again excellent.

Order wasn't delivered but they're helping me resolve/reship it asap. Thank you.

Update - it’s been 1.5 months since my initial review and they’re just ignoring my messages. It’s a scam.

Amy is so sweet....at first. Buyer BEWARE...products I received are FAKE. Wanting product to be legit and believable PULLS YOU IN and you pour out your money wondering if its for real. Let me be the sucker for you and dont send the money. You will receive receipt then tracking then in about a week or two the absolutely fake product arrives to your dismay. Be extra careful if your reliant on a med and planning on Mallardmed to keep you healthy!

This site is a scam. Although I was hoping to receive a real opiate, I didnt fully believe, although Amy was very responsive an reassuring at the end its about getting your money. I could tell as soon as I opened the package.

Responsive and helpful. I'd recommend them to my Mom if she had the same problems I do.

Best service hands down! best delivery they shipped out so fast and receiving my order was quick and I had no issues they have such good quality and Amy really does care she is always so nice and helpful I’ve tried other vendors and what a nightmare some you just don’t get your order because the customs others they don’t respond back to you and shipping is insanely long and their options are very limited if you want fast shipping, great quality great customer service. I would choose Mallard med they’re literally my number one for a reason.

Very efficient service. On my 3rd order this year. The customer support is next level. Dunno who I spoke to but please pass my thanks on to them. She even emailed me when my order arrived and asked if everything was satisfactory.

They’ve threatened to involve police.
Ordered from them in December. Two orders. One came but with only half of it and the other was a domestic order also in December and hasn’t moved from “being packed” I wrote a review about a week ago and that’s when the only email from them came saying if I didn’t delete my review they wouldn’t sent my order out so I deleted it an haven’t heard a word since. Used to be best in the business now I believe they are selectively scamming. Buyers beware. Will update if any change but I won’t delete this review. That’s bullying.

both items packed and awaiting review removal, we simply cannot send you anything with that live. And if we wanted to bully you, the only way we can is report your meds and address to the police.

Terrible service. I placed an order 5 months ago and they sent less than half the of it. I've sent multiple E mails and received no reply. This matter should have been resolved months ago. Don't buy from here, you'll waste your money

I had a couple of questions before ordering and got helpful answers quickly. No complaints at all.

Was a bit cautious at first but couldn’t fault the service. Delivery time was 2 days domestic (UK), packaging was discreet and the support replies felt genuinely human.
