Tailgate strut for Discovery…

Dishonest
Your response goes to show how naive you are. I used the South African destination as there was no option to order for Botswana until you included it. For your information the address is for the courier I use to transport goods from South Africa. It wud still have been at a fee payable to the said courier , not free. Nothing unussual with that arrangement.
As for your dishonesty, the tracking number shows that the parcel was only received by the courier on 2nd May 2025 whereas the order was made on the 24th April 2025.
As at 3rd May the Parcel has still not been shipped by your courier.

My parts arrived quickly and all was correct. I have used this company a number of times over the past year and service has always been excellent. Received a cream egg in with my order which was a nice touch. Will definitely use company again. Great service all round!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience after taking me Range Rover to them. Definitely will not be using them again. Very disappointing after being told how good they were. Unfortunately this wasn’t my experience.

Fast delivery, great value and quality.
I bought a window regulator for a Jaguar E Pace from Maltings 4x4. The order arrived promptly and the price I purchased for was excellent value compared to buying through Jaguar directly. The part has been fitted successfully and operates as expected. All in all a great experience and I will definitely use again if I require anything else.

Thanks for an excellent service at a very good price. The wheel arch repair panels arrived promptly and fitted well. It was a shame that the FedEx delivery was not trackable and there was no way to amend the delivery options.

Damaged on delivery
Damaged on delivery. But fobbed off when reported. pictures sent but claimed were not sufficient. It was clear enough to see.
Reply to edit. The damage was not that bad. has I explained in my first email the plastic end cap was damaged. a picture was sent which was clear enough. the end cap was probably a £5 item. but the solution was to sent a 40kg set of side steps back at more cost than the damage. not that difficult to sort

Thanks for the review
We didn’t “fob you off”.
We asked if you could send some clearer pictures as the pictures you sent weren’t very clear, so we could contact our supplier. Which then would have trigged the supplier to collect the damaged steps and send another fresh set of steps.
Instead you replied with
“No, Thanks”.
Then after me explaining that we need pictures for me to swap them you simply said
“it’s just a damaged cap and i have fitted them”.
So you ignored the fact we are trying to help and swap the side steps and instead just fitted the side steps. So please explain how we fobbed you off?
Please feel free to call me tomorrow and I can speak to you about having them swapped like my previous offer.

Buyer revised review due to the truth, buyer has now put

Added to the review due to the fact the customer knows we have tried to resolve the damaged items with some clearer pics which we can then forward onto our supplier and courier to solve the solution buy swapping for another set but the customers still won’t let us solve the issue.

Still the customer won’t let us help and solve the problem with simply swapping the product for free and no hassle to the customer. The customers image was not clear otherwise we wouldn’t have asked for a better picture and you can’t simply just send a replacement end cap.
We ask the customer to please let us complete our offer and give us a call tomorrow.
