The managed divorce package was as simple as it gets. Right from the beginning of the process to the end, everything is done for you. No paperwork to fill out, nothing to post, everything is done by emails and phone calls which makes the process so easy and simple.

There were a couple of occasions where the online tracker on my account wasn't giving the most up to date information so I would simply do a livechat and within a couple of minutes I would have a full update of where the divorce was up to.

All questions I've asked have always been answered in a very easy to understand way meaning there hasn't been a point during this whole process where I have been left not understanding what was happening and what steps were next.

A very easy process that has been handled well.

I have never heard of a company like this .they sold me a clean break order that did not meet my needs they took the money in June and I am still waiting to hear about a refund .Even one of the solicitors .they put me onto said it was not explain properly when I purchased it they fob you off constantly awful company leave well alone

Just really helpful and so clear with all explanations and help.

Update: Managed Divorce approached Trust Pilot and claimed that I am not a genuine customer. Here is my customer reference number:1274772. Furthermore, happy to provide all the email exchange evidence. Just proves the point I initially made.

Absolutely shocking! They have literally stolen my money and provided me with no service!!! 24months down the line I am asking for a refund because they didn't do ANYTHING and they are telling me that they can't refund because of 14day cancellation policy, "oh, sorry that I didnt realise 14 days after making a pyament into your pocket that you will sit and do nothing, my bad..."!!! Wrote a complaint-got sent back a generic email, when questioned the reply, got nothing back to date! Getting some professional advice on how to bring this people to justice.

From day 1 of this 18 month marathon of hassle caused by this company to the final divorce order where I had to sort with phone calls and mis management on there part. From the moment I parted with my money I heard nothing only to chase and be told it was in hand. Complain again to be told nobody had actioned my case as there was a problem ( I’d still be waiting no doubt ). We proceeded to the clean break order with ping ping emails approximately every 2 weeks for a year then telling me I’d filled the forms wrong but no real help on how to do it correctly. When I did call I was spoken to like I was a nuisance by a young lady sounding about 16 with zero life experience and skills. After a year to fill a form in that takes about an hour (with professional help) I sent it to my Ex wife to sign who sort legal advice and it was laughed at by her solicitors who said no way would the court pass it it was a shambles! I then paid a solicitor to sort which they did in an hour, sent via the clean break portal direct to the court and passed within a week.I then asked a simple thing to get my final order which I confirmed in an email as requested. Waited another 2 weeks for a 1 to 2 day court turnaround and phoned to be told that although I’d requested the final order nobody had actioned it.
I can’t be asked to ask for a refund the thought of making contact with them makes me feel sick. I urge anyone to not use these people. You will regret it.

very straightforward service for me from start to finish, updates at each stage of the divorce, they were very helpful, On hand to answer any questions you had or your concerns.

I DO NOT KNOW how this company has 4.5 on it's ratings. I applied for this company to manage my divorce in January 2023, it is now almost September and i'm trying to get a reply from them!! i paid £899 for a fully managed divorce and financial split but since they took my money nothing has been managed, They don't answer emails, the online ,chat doesn't work and when you phone nobody knows whats happening. I'm having to contact the legal team that i paid another £593 to use (hidden fee after the 899). I cannot say in this how bad this company is and can only say the good reviews on here need to be seriously looked at.

The only thing they managed in 18 months is to take my money constantly fobbed of with excuses dealt with by what appears to be trainee solicitors that had no answer for your questions
Don't waste your money seek alternatives I'm know 18 months down the line still not divorced and having to start all over again with a genuine solicitor

This company is a total farce. Took my money helped with the first initial paper work and that has been it. So totally disgusted. Tried to get in contact about the final part where I need a solicitor but it won't let me login. Shouldn't have wasted my money. So totally gutted as I couldn't really afford it in the first place and I have done it all myself in the end anyway.

Amazing help f4om start to finish. Special shout out for james and stefan. Helped me throughout my sticky divorce. Took about 9 monthsbfrom start to finish but not their fault as courts have big backlogs. Always at the end of the phone or quicker on livechat. Brill company.

I sent in the paperwork for the Decree Nisi stage of my divorce to Managed Divorce on 18th October 2022, by Dec 2022 I had heard nothing so I used the chat service to get an update and was told the paperwork was never received and that I would need to contact the court to obtain copies of missing documents and resend them. I spent the next week making numerous calls to the court to try and obtain document copies and paid my solicitor to write a letter to my ex spouse's solicitor to explain what the delay was. In January 2023, I finally managed to speak to somebody in the court to see if they had received my request for document copies and was told that the Decree Nisi application was received on 16th January and was in the system! So in summary: Managed divorce took three months to submit paperwork they told me they had lost! At no point did they bother to tell me they had actually found it and submitted it to the court. This has cost me unnecessary solicitors fees, and three months delay in getting my Decree Nisi, which has even more financial implications for me, not to mention the stress. I have been waiting for a 'manager' to call me back on this for over a week, he still hasn't bothered. AVOID this shower of absolute cowboys at all cost.

Prompt support, problem quickly fixed. Would have been five stars but I do not like pc 'Chat' tools. A personal thing.
