Divorce is a very stressful situation, but Managed Divorce made the whole situation a lot easier.
It was a relatively easy process and the tracker is excellent as it keeps you informed of each stage of the divorce process. Managed divorce were a lot cheaper than enlisting a private solicitor. The process was over and done with within 6 months. It was delayed slightly due to Covid. One negative is not really having verbal communication with the company as you would with a personal solicitor. Also another negative was when we got to the Financial Remedy order. This was passed to Quickie Divorce, who I assume is a sister company. Quickie Divorce have been awful. The court order they prepared and that was sent to court was turned down by the judge so I have been chasing them for the last 6 weeks to get the paperwork re-done. They do not reply to emails and if you phone you cannot speak to the person dealing with your case. Totally frustrating. Well done Managed Divorce but you need to improve the Quickie Divorce side of your company as this is letting you down.

Great experience so far, at stage one. A prompt service and any help given to me via the online chat. I thought that I had to post back the form and the Marriage Certificate but was pleased to be advised that this can all be done electronically.

I had put my divorce proceedings on hold for 12 months as I felt it would be easier to have a 2 year separation application.
