Manchester First Aid Training Reviews

Jo was brilliant she's a very good first aid trainer i enjoyed it very much.

I really enjoyed the online learning course, I felt it was a little long considering we then had a full day of training too. However, it was very helpful as it helped to build my confidence and give a good refresher to my memory about first aid before doing the full day training. I felt much more prepared and able to answer questions and had a better understanding of what to do and how to do it. I also thought that it touched upon topics like sickle cell which other training courses have not done before.

Great trainer, no question was too much.

I found the course very interesting , helpful, I learnt a lot from todays course & really enjoyed it , & the trainer was so lovely

As always Jo made the course fun but without taking away any of the important learning.
My 3rd cycle of First aid with Manchester First Aid. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Jo was really nice and informative. Made what could’ve been a boring course very enjoyable. Would recommend

Jo was lovely, made the session fun and entertaining whilst still teaching everything. She was very knowledgeable and ensured everyone was involved. It wasn’t a bore like my previous first aid sessions. I’d highly recommend

Thank you very much Joe.. It was a wonderful day and thanks for training us in a wonderful way

Jo was so friendly and really made it easy to understand everything. Really would recommend.

Refreshingly unstuffy presentation. What a joy

Karen was so lovely & always made sure everyone was happy before we moved on.. very informative and very useful..

Amazing experience, you can see that the trainer has a passion for teaching first aid. Taught extremely well and the trainer Jo was well up to speed with current national guidelines and the framework for first aid training. First class training in first aid level 3 covering both adult and paediatric first aid. A very positive and informative experience!

Karen was amazing. She was so friendly and the course was very informative.

Very positive experience tailored to our needs Karen was very knowledgeable. We had Q&A throughout the training instead of at the end would highly recommend

Really good training, really informative and good examples provided by the trainer to support learning. The trainer was really enthusiastic and kept the group engaged throughout.

Great experience training with Jo today.very informative and great that we did practical to refresh our skills.the time passed so quickly as Jo kept us interested

I have come away from my training with Jo feeling so much more confident and comfortable when faced with an emergency. The course was filled with interaction, I never felt at any time I was being talked at, which is so refreshing when training. Filled with laughter and conversation this course exceeded all expectations.

Informative, yet fun, course. Emma was amazing and made us all at ease with her friendliness and delivery of the course
