Order placed and payment made with no delivery and request for refund ignored.

As an update, since this review was posted, I was informed the next day that package details have been provided to the carrier with shipment yet to commence; 1.5 mths from order placement. Floor mats were delivered in a tightly wounded package resulting in creases, which hopefully will disappear with time.

As an update the the following review i have received an email telling me that a full refund has been issued and it should be back in my account within 10 days. Why it takes this period of time i don't know (refunds can be paid by direct transfer for the past couple of years - after all payments are debited immediately). But given that Manicci finally got back to me with a solution (but no explanation) I have upgraded to 3 stars.

The mats and trunk liner were ordered and paid for on 01/07/2025 with an expected production date 7 days later. I have had no further contact since the payment receipt. over the past 6 days i have tried on multiple occasions to contact customer support via phone, email, chat and text all to no avail. I suppose that's $415 US down the drain............

These mats are really nice and the quality is good but just know that they will last about 18 months and they have a year warranty.

I purchased these mats two years ago. The build quality is poor. I live in Las Vegas where we don’t have harsh weather. The seam is wearing through on the drivers side and their emblem came off the mat. For the price of these, I would expect better wear quality.

I bought Manicci floor and trunk mats as a gift for my wife for her new Lincoln Nautilus. They were delivered on March 21, 2015 and I installed them that same day. After installing them I noticed there was a problem with the mat on the driver side of my vehicle. I immediately sent an email to Manicci and have also texted them, tried to chat with them on their website, and left them voicemails. Today is March 26th and I have yet to hear back from them. So far it appears that their support after the sale is non-existent. I guess the 5 year warranty that I purchased is worthless, as well. Wow!! What a horrible experience. Don't buy from this company.

Cargo Liner Piece Incorrect - One of the pieces of the cargo liner does not fit my car at all so I have one whole side of cargo are without a cover. Also stitching is coming loose on another piece and velcro tape is crappy and does not work. I emailed 3 times about the incorrect panel and texted with pics but no response. When I was asking questions about purchasing they responded right away - I'm obviously being ignored now that they have my money. They look nice but I do not have my cargo area covered which is what I purchased.

I received and installed the mats and I am totally disappointed because they do not fit correctly. The way the mats were designed and cut leaves unacceptable gaps around the seat supports and center console. They do not lie flat and pucker in the corners. I reached out to customer service via two different email addresses and got no response. I later sent a third email inquiring about the mats like I was a brand new customer and they promptly responded to that email.

The quality and fit of the mats are not like they used to be and the customer service is terrible. I ordered three other sets of mats years ago and didn't have any issues. But now, I can no longer recommend Manicci mats nor will I ever buy from them again.

Dead material, dead customer service, slow delivery. Promised the world and nothing delivered.

OMG, they literally put the order on a slow boat from China…6 weeks and counting. Customer service is nonexistent…just automated responses. Don’t be in a hurry if you order from this company.

Was a little nervous but clear communication with the owner,turns out I was wrong about the bad review I read about this company they came through very pleased and worth the wait, soild company great product.

I bought these mats for my Honda Accord 2 years ago. I have had honda's floor mats and in my previous cars I had the maxpider 3d, weathertech and husky floor mats. I gave this company a shot because I loved the look and liked that they might have more protection. My issue is with the installation and fit. The passenger mat fits great but the drive side mat is terrible. It slides around a lot even with the clips and velcro. After 1 year, the driver side mat decide the tear from my foot pressure over time. The last straw was it started to curle and block the gas pedal. I tossed the driver mat after that. I purchased maxpider 3d mats and regret nothing. Love their mats much more than Manicci's. Terrible product and overpriced. Also, shipping takes ages (2+ months)

On the 23rd of December, 2023 I placed an order for 2 sets of car mats (#45326) Fronts only for a Ford Focus at $365 and a full set for a BMW at $526. On the 30th of December I was emailed by Hardeep Gill the sales manager to clarify one of the models of my cars asking for some photos which I provided. On the 3rd of Janurary I received and email saying that my order was complete and included one tracking number. One package was delivered late Janurary and it only contained the front mats for the Ford Focus. I emailed Hardeep Gill on 25th Janurary asking for more information about the rest of my order and did not get a reply. I emailed again on 27th of Jan and 2nd of February to the email on their website and still have not gotten a reply. They will not answer the live chat line on their website, they will not answer their Text only line, they won't answer the multiple phone calls I have made. This "buisness" has cost me almost $500 dollars and apparently don't care about it. I wish I had seen the more recent feedback of this company over that last year as they seem to just be taking orders and not delivering. At this point they still won't return any correspondence. I implore any potential customers to avoid this company

I finally received a reply from Manicci a month later, after contacting Better Business Bureau for them to mediate, and the first thing they tell me is that my order was delivered according to their records. When I replied that no my order was only half delivered, they came back a day later saying that my other set for my BMW was back order and was now being delivered. No apologies, no, sorry we forgot half your order, the rest of it is on its way. In fact they tried to bribe me with a lifetime discount if I took this review down. So no I don't want a discount, and I'm leaving this up for other people to make up their own minds

No, we have not spoken via phone. I have all the email correspondence between us backing my post, you're hardly the ones to be accusing others of not being honest, don't try to gaslight your way out of this
