Manicci Luxury Auto Styling Reviews 

Ordered my matts 40 days ago today. Still have not received them. Placed a stop payment on my credit card. I tried to leave a negative review on their website but you have to log into your account to post a review, guess what there is no way to create a login!!! This company is a scam and I plan to report them to the BBB. I wish there was an American company that produced matts like this.

They look and fit great. the material is weak, bought mine November 2022 and now September 2023 the already have wear holes. Not worth buying every year to me.

Car mats looked amazing on arrival and was very happy with product. After 11 months the drivers side mat started to come apart. I emailed Manicci on the 28th of June about this issue and initially received good response times asking for more information which was promptly provided. However the responses then dwindled. As of today (7th of September) they have now apologised and said that they were having issues with new staff and the management of these complaints have now shifted to a new member of staff who has told me I will have replacement mats. The new management have been very forthcoming so far. Based on the new complaints managers attitude I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 4. They have restored enough faith in the company for me to manicci again in the future for car mats.

I was apprehensive about ordering floor mats again after ordering and receiving “ luxury custom mats” from Carmatscustoms.com that were poor quality and damaged, but I really wanted beautiful mats to protect my white carpet. I contacted Manicci via text and they actually also called me to discuss my particular needs. My vehicle has fully reclining back seats and floor air vents which can make fitting difficult. I wanted to be certain Manicci could make mats that fit well and were high quality. I’m very particular about my beautiful car. After sending photos of the interior of my vehicle, they assured me I would be happy, so I ordered the premium mats. I waited excitedly for about six weeks until they arrived. I had to be patient because they made them specifically for my vehicle then shipped them from outside the U.S. I installed the mats and waited a few days to absorb the new look. I am now loving the mats! They are of very nice quality and fit close to perfectly. I’m not sure they could fit better unless made by hand. For the price, I believe they are exceptional and add beauty to my vehicle. I recommend Manicci for your floor mat needs.

Very reliable company. The product itself looks very nice; it is carefully made and fits perfectly. But more important than the product is that they are responsive. I received my mats damaged in the custom. I shared the pictures of the damage and the manager nicely replaced them. Highly recommended.

Wonderful product line. Vast variety of choices with excellent quality, fit and finish. It was so nice, I ordered Twice!

UPDATE - 8/16/23; They reach out to me via phone call and explain the reason for the delayed response, I took it for a good honest reason. They have sent me new mats for the back seats, I have already received then and they fit. and replaced the one for the driver's side.

NOW these mats are worth every penny, good materials and they will elevate your car's appearance.

6/4/23; The ones for the back seat do not fit at all. They do not answer to claims with problems, just ignore. and the one on the driver side is already tearing with less than 6 months of use.

Don't buy!!!! Terrible customer service. Product is alright, but not worth it if it does not fit.

I've had these mats a few weeks now and I can say that they have exceeded my expectations. The fit of each of the mats in my car is amazing and they really do have a custom and high end look and feel. The leather diamond pattern of the mats has stepped up the luxury feel of my car. The quality of the materials seems really good and I think they will last a long time. Very pleased with my purchase overall! Manicci customer service is great as well and they were able to help me out with some issues with my initial order. I highly recommend these mats if you're looking for something high end and are willing to pay a bit more for really good quality.

Useless customer service after sales and useless product don’t waste your money

Ordered my carpets over a month ago paid for a priority shipping thinking it will be quick. No follow up that the product will be late or anything like that: send this this text;
Hi, 
I paid for the priority/rush shipping and it’s been way over 20 days. In fact it’s almost been a month since I orders. I still haven’t received my order. 
The reason why I ordered from you guys is because I thought it will be quick and you are located in Canada.
My tracking order Is hardly moving at all.
I’ve sent an email and no response
They eventually responded to me that they will refund me half of the priority shipping.
So response was:
It’s been over a month now, how is partial refund fair for the express shipping fee?
This is just bad customer service in my opinion.
I have ordered something’s similar from China for my daughter’ car mid February didn’t took a month to get here.
What I really want is to cancel the whole order in all honestly.

The floor mats are amazing. These are definitely the best fitting luxury floor mats that I have used. In addition the quality is superior. The trunk mat was a great option that transforms the whole car into a modern luxury ride. I will definitely recommend them.

Their mats are really good quality I’ve had them on all my cars and they’ve never failed. Always a good fit but they do take a really long time to ship so I recommend getting express shipping if in America.

Amazing company amazing products. I've purchased them three times. They look absolutely amazing. Yes there are cheaper knockoffs on Amazon but you pay for what you get these are top notch quality mats and they hold up. Look at the reviews on Amazon they're cheap for a reason they break down. Amazing company and customer service is absolutely amazing

I'm very unhappy with my quality of Mats, they came with tons of creases, threads sticking out and some stains, it looks so low quality as a result of poor packaging and build. I contacted manici numerous times and they ignored me. I get that errors happen, but why do you ignore your paying customers after they wait nearly 2 months for faulty mats.

EDIT: Since I cant reply to mannicis reply to this post. They said a manager has emailed me many times in their reply below. What does that even mean? Theres one email from them in my email history and I'm the last person that replied to it.The problem is not resolved, the creases from packaging and general poor quality persist.
Theres also no setup for a call in any of the emails. I can show any proof they need.

Poorly organized business with low quality supplier from china.

I purchased the Black Diamond front and back set for my Mercedes S-class and agree with previous reviews that these are the best car mats I have ever had.
These are very unique indeed. When they arrived, I was puzzled at first because they didn’t look like any car mat I had ever seen. However, once I unfolded them, I realized how they actually sit on the car floor and then fold at 90’ corners to go up the side walls of the car. Thus, complete protection and not even any place where dirt, etc can get under the mat.
They come with special fasteners that let you secure the mat as needed. I didn’t need many of them, but it’s nice that I have extras for the future.
When I first ordered the mat, Hardeep Gill contacted me to make sure that they had the exact information to assure that the custom mat would fit my car perfectly, and they do.

Now for the customer service…
I stupidly ordered the wrong color. I am so used to black Mercedes that I forgot that this one was cream colored on the inside. I knew that there was no return on the custom mat but I thought that I would contact Hardeep and see if he might help me out since I wanted to order the correct color now. No problem…
He sent me a code that granted me a very significant discount on another set of mats in the correct color.
I can’t thank Hardeep enough for the terrific customer care that he provided and high quality of the mats.
